The rooms are quite small and lack basic amenities like a coffee maker or kettle. Breakfast offers a variety of options, but most items are served cold, and the restaurant staff rarely replenish the buffet. While the check-out process was smooth, check-in was poorly managed—we were initially given a room that was already occupied, which was both awkward and concerning.

Our stay at brosse hotel was good . front desk manager guided us super easily. hotel design was very modern and unique! also i have to mention the perfect location - central as it gets, you have every convinience store, restaurant and cafes near! i really enjoyed croissants on my breakfast, servers were super nice aswell! will be staying if i come to tbilisi again for sure!

Hotel location is strategic, just a min walk to Freedom Square. Staff is helpful too.

The hotel was good clean and nice the location is good as well walkable areas and there is metro station very very close. Only the breakfast is not very much but still was nice and there is no personal items for using on the room you have to call and ask them for it. Overall is a good hotel

Room was good enough for 2 people, it was clean and was made up everyday, wifi was good, not near the city center but bolt is inexpensive, not much restaurants nearby, but spar is 1 min away, we got a premium room on the 9th floor and view was amazing overlooking tbilisi!, breakfast was good but it was the same everyday ( stayed for 4 nights), would stay here again when in tbilisi

It was almost midnight when we arrived at the hotel. The location is a bit off, near a residential area. The front desk guy was very nice. He waited for us to arrive so late, and we were the only ones who hadn't checked in yet. He quickly checked us in and let us rest early. The hotel window offers a view of the cathedral and a small balcony. It's very comfortable and the room is very large. It's very cost-effective.

Our room directly overlooked Holy Trinity Church, and the view was absolutely stunning. Next door, there's a restaurant renowned for its classic, 'grand state hotel' style food, which was incredibly delicious.

For the first time in this part of Tbilisi, usually in the old part were stopped and on Rustavel Avenue, here we seemed far away to our favorite places and the bridge of the world. The placement itself is very worthy! Take the penthouse on 4x. The room cleaning is not very qualitative, the underwear for 4 nights has not changed, the towels have changed through one. Coffee the car in the room didn't work. The light on the terrace in one part was not turned on... on the lying cloth. but! We did not ask for elimination, perhaps the guys would eliminate problems. On the first floor there is a great zone - coffee, tea, candy, wine (by the way very worthy!!!) - couchs and yard where to sit. You can take with you to the room. In general we were not offended! The underground parking - for this street and the large car - is a great option, but one of the 4 days of the place was not there when they came back late. It was offensive, but the guys helped park behind the hotel and helped unload things. The accommodation is clearly advised, the pluses are many! The proposed cosmetics (champoo, salmon, gel and soap) are worthy, excellent quality. We were happy with the accommodation. Minus are small, I think if they want - adjust quickly.

Wonderful place. Definitely acceded expectations. Great view - you’ll be no longer surprised by any tourists viewpoint of the city. I wouldn’t walk up there with a luggage, just choose taxi, but after it is just fine if you expect to walk around the old town anyway.  Very nice breakfast selection. And the stuff is very attentive. Exceptionally clean rooms. And I truly enjoyed its stylistic choice.  But the most important - the people! Thank you for your hospitality! I’ll definitely see you next time!

The hotel could be better if it wants to. Our room was decent, but the bed was not up tp standard for this brand of hotel. The sheets were mismatched, and the bed was not properly done. Glasses and cups were not properly cleaned. The best part is the front desk staff, Saba. He is great and professional, and went the extra mile to show us the hotel features. Breakfast was plenty and decent. Location is about 15 minutes walk from the old city with grocery stores and cafes around Good value for money hotel. The pool area is ok for hanging out on a hot day. .
