★★★ 8.8 (460 reviews)

"The hotel room is big enough, and the accessibility of the hotel is also very high (only a 5-minute away from Rustaveli metro station). However the room has no fridge or safe, and the laundry service is extremely overpriced, luckily there is a local laundry right next to the hotel. Also, during my stay, I saw spiders staying on the room’s roof. The toilet also has many ants on the wall by the window, it just reappears whenever I killed one."

"The room facilities were complete, and the bed was especially comfortable. The breakfast was rich and varied, and we really enjoyed chatting in the courtyard. The hotel is in a very convenient location in the old town. There's a great Thai restaurant just 30 meters away, and it's about 300 meters from the subway station, making taxis very accessible. It's a pleasant 15-minute walk through the old town's alleys to Freedom Square, a journey that feels like transitioning between two seasons, offering a unique experience."

📍 D. Aghmashenebeli Ave. 75, 80 Davit Aghmashenebeli Ave, Dzveli Tbilisi, Tbilisi
★★★★ 8.8 (83 reviews)

"We had a water problem on our last day at the hotel, but they immediately changed our room, which was good. Although the location was nice, it was far from historical sites, so we had to use a taxi. Apparently, there are hotels in better locations. The breakfast was good. I recommend it. They need to consider the need to use taxis when traveling; we decided to walk for two days and ended up walking 33,000 steps, we were very tired."

Artizan - Design Hotel

"This hotel is just a wannabe First of all, it doesn’t match any five stars that it pretends to be. The insonorisation in the rooms is very poor, it is almost impossible to sleep because most of the rooms are street view and the street is pretty active It has never been in problem in five stars hotel because they have good window windows that protect protects you from the sound, but not here I tried to change the room, but it was all occupied I had to move out because I couldn’t sleep, I spent two nights instead of four in this hotel, and the hotel refused to refund me Relying on my booking, although they know very well that I have tried to find a solution inside the hotel, and that I had to move out not because it was a wish, but because I could not sleep at all The hotel also host parties during the weekend, which I find completely inappropriate because you can hear pretty well the music The breakfast is poor, the room service is terrible and the food in the restaurant is very very mediocre Never order a chicken sandwich I’m completely disappointed with this hotel it just tries to look like Stamba, Telegraph or Rooms hotels, but this hotels authenticity and service, and you’ll find none of this here"

Hotel Old Wall Hotels in Tbilisi

Hotel Old Wall

"I recently stayed at Old Wall Hotel in Georgia to celebrate our wedding anniversary. However, I was disappointed to be charged 60 lari for a stained towel, which already had two black spots. The claim that I needed to clean the room surprised me, as it's the hotel's responsibility. Additionally, the electric kettle provided was very dirty. Despite my request, the manager declined to waive the extra charges, and I feel they are making false allegations. This has been a disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this hotel due to the third-class service."

ApartTen Hotels in Tbilisi

"We stayed two nights in these apartments. The hosts were very friendly and welcoming. We mistakenly booked the wrong room category, but the hostess did everything to make us comfortable, bringing a folding bed for our second child, treating us to garden blueberries, and inviting us up to the beautiful terrace in the evening! We had a wonderful evening. We travel a lot, and it's rare to encounter such hospitality. The cleanliness is especially noteworthy; everything is very clean, with fresh linens and towels. The room has a mini kitchen with all the necessary utensils (all the dishes are also included), a tea set, and toiletries. A refrigerator, air conditioning, TV, and Wi-Fi are also included. Parking is available. The apartments are located in the old town, a very convenient location. Shops, cafes, and walking areas are nearby. We didn't drive into the city center, as taxis are very inexpensive. We took a Tesla taxi for the first time. We highly recommend the apartments!"

"A wonderful hotel with wonderful, welcoming receptionists, Manana and Krestina. The hostess is welcoming, kind, and caring. It felt like visiting close relatives. Our family room on the 3rd floor has a beautiful balcony and mountain views. When booking, please note that the hotel has rooms with shared bathrooms, so you'll be delighted. Unfortunately, we arrived in Tbilisi on a cloudy, cold day, but that didn't stop us from strolling around the city and enjoying its warmth and beauty. Tbilisi is a very warm, beautiful city. The people are welcoming. The food is delicious, and of course, the wine is excellent. And the locals are also very fond of animals. The dogs and cats are all well-fed, there are bowls of food and water everywhere on the streets, and they feed the animals. Their love for animals is a clear indicator of a kind, bright soul! We really hope to return again."

"This was my second week. I had more problems this week and I wasn't met with helpful or responsible attitudes. There is specifically one guy (blind hair) on reception whose attitude was so defensive and passive-aggressive that I don't feel he fits working in hospitality. Sadly I was constantly blocked from accessing the manager who had previously been helpful. It was very noisy because the walls are thin, the housekeeping are noisy and the doors are slamming. Maybe over a few days you don't notice this but two weeks was too much."

"I stayed in this lovely place more than one year (yes year). It is a perfect place to spent your days in Tbilisi, very close to the most popular places like old town, Fabrika or high quality restaurants and cafes. The staff of the hotel lovely, every time very helpful and caring. I felt as a member of the family during my stay. "

"This hotel is located by the river and boasts a beautiful interior, excellent facilities, and stunning views. From the room windows, you can overlook most of the city. It's incredibly convenient to go downstairs for meals or to visit attractions. Transportation is also very accessible; a bus stop is just about a 5-minute walk away, where you can pay with a credit card to get to the airport – cheap and convenient."

"Everything looks great from the outside, beautiful decor, a pleasant courtyard. My room on the ground floor has a broken window that won't close. I called the manager, who only speaks Arabic. We communicated through a translator, and he explained he wasn't a manager. He brought a towel to cover the window. The manager arrived the next morning and said he'd fix the problem, but alas... he brought a piece of paper, folded it, and stuck it in the window. No discounts, nothing. They refused to move me. I kept waving him off, but it wasn't cold. That same evening, a group of us were sitting in the courtyard. This manager got drunk, sat down next to us, and at first joked, then started insulting us. We asked him to leave. We left. He turned on music on the ground floor, and after 1 a.m., it was practically impossible to sleep. When we finally managed to fall asleep, we were woken by a knock; the manager had fallen asleep and locked the door from the inside, locking the guests out of the hotel. The next morning, no apologies, only a request to write a good review; he'd done everything he could. They said there wouldn't be a good review. I started being rude. The breakfast was so-so. We rented three rooms, and no one would recommend this hotel. This is primarily due to the staff."
