We booked the “Getaway” package and were able to check in early. We booked the couples clay ritual which was invigorating. A two course dinner was also included in the deal and the seafood chowder was simply delicious. Room was quirky with a little terrace area with outdoor bathtub and seating. Breakfast had a huge range of options and had something to suit everyone.

We stayed in January for a big birthday. We went to the restaurant for lunch prior to check in and again for dinner that night. The menu, food and staff were great. We were so impressed we decided to book for a meal and travel back today for a bank holiday treat (we didn’t stay over this time). The menu had changed and wasn’t as good. I ordered piri piri chicken. I got a grilled chicken breast with rice that was wet causing the base of the plate to be covered in water. No sauce. Totally underwhelming and extremely over priced. My partner ordered a chicken dish with nan bread, the food was covered in a sauce that was full of cinnamon, the meal tasted really sweet, the fries were like having churros. Maybe it’s meant to be like this, I’m not sure but I wouldn’t recommend this meal either. The staff were as friendly as before but didn’t have time to check in on the meals or come back to clear the table, give the bill etc. After some wait we approached the till, paid the bill and left. I would only return for the spa but the restaurant has become a deterrent unfortunately.

I don’t usually write reviews but this place was that nice I couldn’t not! The hotel its self, is absolutely beautiful and everything is so well thought out with plenty of minor details that made a world of difference. The beds were so comfortable and the rooms felt like home, in the best kind of way. But the thing that really made it was the staff, they honestly made it feel like your home for the night, so down to earth, friendly and a good laugh too! We was never once made to feel like anything we asked for was too much, especially the concierge (regretfully didn’t catch his name), Gary and obviously Florence! I went with 3 friends and it became a reoccurring joke throughout the day about how much we actually loved the place, we were all constantly blown away. Thank you so much, you really did make my friends 30th birthday a lovely stay.

Went here for my 30th wedding anniversary with family 11 in total , very poor service and over priced food , staff inpatient and verging on rude. We were married here 30 years ago and celebrated our 25th anniversary here ,will sadly not be back .

have been a regular customer to the rabbit for over 5 years and have always had a great experience. As locals we spend alot of money here. the staff are brilliant we have a very good relationship with them all. but WE WILL NOT BE BACK. last night nephew called up for a drink as it was my sons birthday he was very respectfully dressed nice sweater and very decent tracksuit bottoms. he was DENIED entry by two of the bouncers Mo and Neil he was told his.attire didnt suit the rabbits.dress.code. hence on NEW years eve my nephew was allowed in for.the full night with a pair of Nike shorts! we spoke to the manager who in fairness is a lovely guy and we voiced our dismay at.the situation but basically he told us that customers who pay 300-400 pound for a nights stay dont want to see someone in their establishment wearing a pair of tracks!!! now come on, we are your local customers who constantly spend and I wouldnt have a problem with someone coming in with a pair of track bottoms on. a couple who stayed last night were absolutely disgusted with the bouncers decision and so were we. well yous have lost at least 3 loyal customers which I'm gutted about because I do love the place but basically the bouncers makeup their own rules new years eve allowed in with shorts and last night not allowed in with trak bottoms. absolute disgrace

Lovely food, great portions and excellent staff across the board. We found it very noisy at night - almost comically so. Sound-proofing seemed to be inadequate between rooms and also between our room and the corridor. We were awake a lot of the night because of people talking, partying, being intimate, having arguments, and playing their Bluetooth speakers in the rooms next door, upstairs in the rooms above us, or in their neighbouring back yards. The room was big and comfortable, with ‘quirky,’ painfully instagrammable decor and furnishings - eg a non-functioning fan overhead, and a neon ‘bar’ light - but we liked it overall. The spa is lovely, although very compact, and we had a nice time in it. It doesn’t compare to its big sister spa at the Galgorm, but it does have a mirrorball the size of a small car, suspended over the pool. My partner enjoyed her massage very much and, overall, we had a good time at the Rabbit, but I really think it should be priced slightly lower as it’s not the resort experience one pays for at the Galgorm.

Stayed here last summer on our way back from Holidays. We got a friendly welcome from the reception team, Got an upgrade to a Comfy Bath tub room, which was spacious and I loved the outdoor area. Decor in the room in modern and quirky. Dinner was great, very relaxed and tasty. Spa was small in comparison to their sister hotel Galgorm but had everything you want and plenty of space in the Roman bath to relax and have a cocktail. It is expensive to stay, eat & drink but worth it for a treat every once in a while!

Lovely rooms. Amazing spa area with a bar and food service. Dinner in the restaurant was great. Spa tailored their packages for pregnancy and talked. Location is great for being close to Belfast by car. Every staff member we met made us feel right at home.
