The hotel is pretty basic. Breakfast is ok, not many options. Overall is an hotel. In order to improve they need to provide training to their staff. All the interactions we had with them lack professionalism. First, to do our check in, the 2 girls at the front desk were talking between them and took at least 5 minutes to acknowledge our presence there, note that we were the only ones waiting. The hotel has potential to be a great hotel, when they have a team that is friendly and professional. Also, improve your breakfast options, perhaps have a real restaurant and stop using the lobby to serve breakfast to your clients.

Fiz a reserva com antecedência, faltando 2h para chegar confirmei a reserva. Contudo, ao chegar o frigobar estava desligado e desabastecido. Os quartos (reservei dois), não tinham toalhas Acústica péssima Gente mal educada conversando alto as 5h30!;- manhã, solicitei na recepção que o barulho fosse contido e não foi. Café da manhã razoável, poucas opções Taxa de Pet R$50,00 absurda para quem oferece ração e água para cão na porta de entrada do hotel. Nem quando fico em resort e este o valor Pelo preço, esperava algo melhor!

Hotel bem localizado, com quartos arejados aptos para homeoffice e café da manhã satisfatório e estacionamento gratuito. O único problema era o colchão da cama que estava cedendo do lado esquerdo, criando um pouco de desconforto para dormir.

Boa tarde, o banheiro não tem suporte para toalha de rosto, pedi na recepção e fui informada que não trabalham com toalha de rosto, nunca vi isso. Café da manhã encerra às 9:00, muito cedo. Lado direito dos quartos da para um bar com quadras, o som alto do bar atrapalha dormir

Lado bom: o ambiente é limpo, possui estacionamento fechado e o café da manhã é ok.
Lado ruim: quartos incrivelmente barulhentos, a água chega sem pressão nos andares superiores, tornando o banho um procedimento de "encontre os pingos".

Um hotel simples, com camas e banheiro limpos. Elevador. Estacionamento gratuito e amplo. Há no térreo uma pizzaria excelente que funciona a partir das 19h. Fácil acesso na cidade. Atendimento muito atencioso na recepção.
