The hotel is a few blocks away from the town center and all the activities. It's a nice old house with pretty good rooms (nothing fancy). I would have liked a heads up about the parking situation. I was lucky that I found a parking lot a block away that happened to be the one this hotel has a deal with, so I didn't have to pay for parking. There is very little room on the road, so it's not really possible to park to the side and get down to ask. Overall, it's a good inexpensive place to stay.

The hotel suited its purpose , one night in Tequila on a road-trip. Beds were comfortable ,although no comforter or extra blankets available in room . Wifi was okay , moderate strength . Front desk staff was cordial and readily available to help . Parking is not on site , rather 1.5 blocks away. Safe to walk to/from , although only available during stay. Payed 30/pesos on hr past noon (checkout time) .

We don't understand what's all the fuss about this hotel. The best part is the patio with all the greenery, you could enjoy a drink or just sit and chat (in our case it was raining). The location is pretty good too, easy walking distance to downtown. But that's about it. Our room (1 queen bed) was very small and seemed outdated. TV didn't work and we were told it was because of the storm. The bathroom needs an overhaul, then there was a door to a small patio with the water heater and a broken pot, didn't get the point of that. You can open the window shades but there's no glass there and what is worse, no mosquito netting! The mattress was very old and uncomfortable, the pillows too hard and huge, very uncomfortable too.

Very disappointing stay. Rooms were ok, a little noisy. Courtyard is very nice but needs cleaning and repairs. Front desk staff were disengaged and didn't seem to really care. Instant coffee in the morning and absolutely nothing more. On check out, surprisingly, the credit card machine didn't work and I think this was by design because they prefer cash.

We really enjoyed this nice, quaint hotel. Parking was included in a close-by lot down the street. The staff was friendly and helpful, rooms were clean and the courtyard was pretty. Only complaint was no hot water in our Don Pedro room, water was only warm. Nice air conditioning. Only 4 blocks to the plaza.

Excelente solo que el baño tenia cabellos en la regadera y quebrada la tapa del baño. como que NO lo asearon. me reembolsaron el 50%. La persona fue muy amable de recepción me hizo el reembolso de inmediato
