BUENA RElaCIÓN PRECIO / servicio. Es un 3 estrellas, no le pidamos 5. Mucha clientela quejosa (hay un clima social muy critico de todo, auspicidado por los medios de in formación). Aunque falta mejorar el mantenimiento (mi mujer se quejó de la limpieza). La comida en precio y suficiente pero le falta esmero/presentación (pastas sin queso?).

Ubicación muy buena. Malo el mantenimiento de las habitaciones, en la mayoría había cucarachas y el agua no funcionaba, teniendo que cambiar de habitación tres veces,la piscina está en 4to piso y no la llenan hasta recién las 12 hs.esta descubierta por lo tanto el agua se enfría rápido. Íbamos un grupo con media pensión, las comidas " salvo una" malas, no lo recomiendo ni volvería a este hotel

Hace casi tres meses que espero el reembolso de una reserva que cancelé dentro de los plazos permitidos. Todavía no tuve ninguna respuesta. NO LO RECOMIENDO. ESTA GENTE NO ES DE CONFIANZA PARA NADA. Las fotos no coinciden con el lugar. Muy mal estado todo. El ascensor solo funcionaba 1 hasta el piso 5. De los baños salía mucho olor a podrido. No se podía abrir la ducha que el olor impregnaba todo el cuarto. Todo lleno de humedad y de baja calidad. Es un hotel 1 estrella.

Me cobraron en Hoteles.com en dólares con impuestos Afip, impuesto país, fue el hotel mas caro que pague 45000 pesos por noche para un hotel que carga el agua caliente en la pileta a la mañana y para el medio dia esta fria . y se hace llamar "Termal " . Trucghisimo. alquile con cochera y me la cobraron aparte.

Lei comentarios negativos pero me parecieron un poco deapectivos... pero lamentablemente no lo eran. El hotel tiene una estructura a la que le falta mucho, mucho mantenimiento! Alquilamos una suite con hidromasaje La habitación tenia una gran mancha de humedad, no tenia respaldo la cama (apoyas la cabeza contra la pared) sin socalos, un agujero en la pared al lado de la mesa de luz, el baño habia sido reparado y estaban apoyados en el piso los ceramicos que sacaron, el TV tenia un tema de sonido, el parlante saturaba y no se escuchaba nada. Al llegar como.alquilamos por plataforma no tenia opción a cochera... solo para quienes compraban el alojamiento directo a ellos

Atención regular ,ofrecían desayuno bufet,/ fiambre y tardes dulce solo había tortillas y medialunas .cuando hice el chekin me dijeron q tenia todo pagado y al hacer el checao me querían hacer pagar un extra x mi pequeña mascota que pinta como una leidy
