Restaurant rating They offer you a fish and seafood menu. Opted for the seafood one as an appetizer, 3 bruschettas but the bread was stone with 1/4 of a prawn, a tomato with tuna, canned, it's a kind of anchovy!!! The first calamarata arrived on the rock, the sauce was sour, there was a miserable clam and a kind of mussel and finally a prawn. I pointed out to the staff that the pasta was not as expected and they replied that they have a simple cuisine, not even the humility to keep quiet or fix it.

Let me start by saying that I couldn't stay in this hotel because they have a very non-transparent management. They choose to stay on Wonderbox, they will have their reasons, but then they make it impossible for you to stay. I purchase this box set, I call the hotel to book and they tell me that I have to add a paid night to the 2 that I have included in the box set (and this wasn't already specified). I say ok and ask for a quote, for the additional night they ask me 170 Euros compared to a 120 Euro box set that included 2! I tell them that the price is too high and so they offer me 3 nights all paid for at 280 euros (93 euros per night). When I point out the difference they tell me they can't give me a favorable price with the voucher. But then I say what are you doing on these sites??? I'm sorry because if they had come to meet us we would have paid them for the extra night and they would have collected the price of the smartbox, which in any case was PAID with money not in sweets, instead so I just feel like saying that I wouldn't go there regardless this place. Forget it!

The only word when reading the one star reviews is ''incredulous'' because I don't understand all the problems with reception, catering and cleaning which I absolutely did not encounter. The hotel is very close to the sea, the welcome and kindness of all the staff is evident and they satisfied every request. The pizza is very good and the cuisine is absolutely not as bad as described in the other comments, it is absolutely not a starred cuisine, but the food is good. As far as cleaning is concerned, I had absolutely no problems, the rooms were cleaned every morning and rigorously. It is certainly a hotel that needs to improve in some aspects such as the slightly dated furnishings and some modernization in general, but I am really sorry to read some reviews where I found gratuitous malice

In occasione della giornata dell'amicizia 30 luglio abbiamo prenotato una vacanza a Terracina Presso l'Hotel Meson Feliz. Eravamo in sei, abbiamo trascorso due giorni stupendi. Il gestore dell'Hotel il signor Aldo è un ragazzo speciale, cordiale. Tutto il personale è stato gentilissimo ci hanno trattati benissimo. Ottima colazione, camere fresche munite di due balconi, non ci mancava nulla, Massima accoglienza da parte di tutto il personale, l'Hotel si trova di fronte alla spiaggia convenzionata. Bellissima anche la struttura della spiaggia.Lo consiglio a tutti, ci ritornerò di nuovo sicuramente.

Peccato: ambienti sporchi, poco curati, personale con scarsa professionalità. Speriamo che in tempi brevi capiscano che il cliente va servito a dovere E senza sotterfugi. Altra cosa, la colazione: mal presentata e soprattutto perennemente esposta proprio vicino la porta del bagno, cosa veramente poco igienica. In compenso la posizione è stupenda, hotel a due minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia ma …. Tutto qui!
