位置真的太方便了，緊挨着濱江道步行街，距營口道地鐵口幾百米，樓下就是西開教堂，早上能聽到鐘聲，屋裡除了一般賓館用品外，還有洗衣機、微波爐、小冰箱，非常喜歡，衞生間是乾濕分離的，洗手盆在進門邊上，不在衞生間裡邊，用起來非常方便，不是節假日的話，價格較實惠。非常滿意的一次體驗，下次再來還住這裏。

這酒店其實是10多年前的高檔配置，現分散轉手給不同的人自主經營。老闆服務態度熱情，關鍵硬件不足，細節決定成敗，希望不要把賺錢心思放在摳門的小把戲，多改善住客的體驗。
情況1：充電要用酒店配置的消費式充電頭連線，若用自帶的快充電頭則無法快充且一個晚上才能充滿一台手機😒。
情況2：雙床間衞浴排氣閥壞了，惡臭難耐，旁邊房間晚上需敞開門窗，才勉強入睡。若非為了跟朋友一大家子住同一棟，早就退房換其他連鎖酒店了。
情況3：傢俱設施陳舊（見下圖），要用大浴巾鋪墊才敢坐下。
情況4：唯一能用的大床房衞浴，花灑水管有裂口，水壓強勁的作用力下，每次沐浴水都四面八方噴射，最後直接斷掉😱
期待改進！

服務：整體是管家式服務，非常熱情且詳細回答交通、周邊設施、 房型等問題，會提示當地氣温及天氣情況，整體服務感覺非常滿意
環境：在唐拉雅秀的旁邊，步行到五大道和大悦城都非常方便，樓下有商圈可以購物、娛樂
設施：感覺是有些年代感的高端公寓，高樓層的風景非常迷人，有浴缸、開放式廚房設施、沙發等，一樓有接待大廳，很適合度假或差旅會務

非常棒的小公寓，衝著浴缸來的。和平區黃金地段，窗外視野開闊，房間設施設備齊全。微波爐，電磁爐，冰箱都有，適合在長租客人。熱水充足，房間十分安靜，床軟硬度適合我，晚上睡了美美一覺。照片是退房時拍的，入住時房間很乾凈。強烈推薦！

房間非常非常大，適合家庭旅遊居住，也適合朋友出去玩一起居住。衞生間照片忘記拍了，有大浴缸，獨立一個小屋的淋浴間，還有一個獨立小屋的馬桶！房間很乾凈，住着很舒服！老闆也非常熱情，樓下就是教堂，過了天橋就是金街，穿過金街就到了解放橋，世紀鐘，海河，沿着海河走可以去古文化街，看天津之眼，都非常方便！
