Atour Hotel (Tianjin Olympic Sports Center)

Worst experience ever 1⃣️I just checked in yesterday and wanted to take a shower. I found water leaking from the shower connection. It’s hard not to think that someone used it to pour water... 2⃣️I wanted to go to the toilet and found body hair on the toilet seat. 3⃣️The drinks in the refrigerator showed signs of being tampered with. There were two bottles of tea. When I opened one of them, I opened it with a slight twist. I felt something was wrong, so I compared it with the other bottle in the refrigerator. It seemed that someone had drank it. I passed, but luckily I paid attention, otherwise I would have drank it, and it would be hard not to worry about whether other substances had been mixed into it.

My finger was severely squeezed in the bathroom. It hurt so bad that it became severely bruised a few hours later. After the injury, the service staff had an indifferent attitude. After communicating with the front desk, the front desk recommended it to the store manager. The store manager called four or five hours later and had a very indifferent attitude. I used to have a high opinion of Atour, but now I have the lowest evaluation of its services and facilities! ! ! This is my first time giving a negative review to a hotel. A very good stay experience. I went to Tianjin to watch a concert. Because it is close to the Olympic Sports Center, I made a reservation one month in advance. On the day of check-in, as soon as I entered the lobby, there were thoughtful gifts and fruits prepared. The lady at the front desk had a very good and professional service attitude. There are also two complimentary breakfasts. The ingredients are fresh and taste good, but I forgot to eat the small pancakes. Overall, I am satisfied. I will still choose Atour next time. Yes, the sound insulation is very good. You can hardly hear outside sounds. This is something that many hotels cannot do.

The hotel facilities are relatively new, but the service can't keep up. When I arrived at the hotel to check in at 11 o'clock at night, I was told that the system failed and I would not be given a room card. I was only given a power card. I could only wait for the waiter to open the room door for the guest one by one. There was no floor attendant. There were no toothbrushes or razors. I called the front desk to ask for them. I had to wait twice until 12 o'clock to get 2 toothbrushes. I specially booked a parent-child twin room because I had children, but only 2 adult toothbrushes were sent. I had to wait again. Children's toothbrushes. It was very late when I brought my children to the hotel. The various services could not keep up, which really affected my rest. This price does not include breakfast, so I do not recommend staying!

The service attitude at the front desk is very good, but the hygiene is very poor. I stayed for two nights and did not mop the floor on the second day. The hair from the first night fell on the ground and I didn't pick it up without paying attention. When I went back the next day, there was still a lot of hair and tissues. I don’t know how to put it away after using it. Fortunately, the front desk staff are very good👍
