評分，得算上價格後綜合評分，不是花錢多或者五星級就得給五分。
這家店，非常值！
首先，便宜100多得房，上哪找去。
其次，質量不次，除了一次性拖鞋沒有（有塑料拖鞋），其他都有，而且還有兩瓶水。
再者，位置好，出門五分鐘就是周大福金融中心，夜景漂亮，從窗户探頭就能看到（要朝東開窗的房），大廈裡邊商店也非常多，值得一逛。再往東就是千佰滙廣場和翠亨廣場，都挨着組成了一條美食街，步行15分鐘就能到。
周邊還有各種廣場花園，樓下邊上就有便利店，非常方便。

非常差的體驗，沒有電梯，樓梯又非常高，最重要的沒有空調、沒有空調、告訴我有中央空調，也不給開，天津這麼熱，沒有空調根本沒法活。半夜一兩點還忽然斷電了，總之這個店真的太差了。

洗個澡整個房間積水漏水，床上有很長的頭髮。下午五點十八分服務員不敲門進房間。早上九點五十分服務員又不敲門進房間。三個60後大姨穿的白色黑色粉色半袖一會兒一個人。真是服了這種居民樓改的小快捷。樓梯陡峭到下樓梯摔倒兩次。前台入住和退房超級慢速，前台大姨穿着粉紅色小西裝叭叭的告訴你等一會兒，再等一會兒。

服務態度非常好，很滿意的入住體驗環境很好，前台服務好，辦理入住快，床很舒適，很不錯！入住時還送了兩瓶礦泉水，設施齊全，前台服務非常好，打掃房間的阿姨也很好非常推薦總的來説還不錯，各方面都還是令人滿意的
