Second time staying here on business. Friendly staff, comfortable clean room, plenty of parking. Very quiet overnight. Only thing which lets this hotel down are the ongoing issues with the restaurant leading to no evening meals being available (unless prebooked) - this is the second time running I have been caught out by this. No dining options nearby unless you want to get back in the car or use deliveroo etc. I understand the restaurant is due to close completely in a month or so, which presumably means no breakfast either. If you want to eat here I suggest calling to check before you book.

Nice stay, made all the better by the lovely receptionist Vicky, who went over and above to help and make our visit perfect! Informative and so cheerful and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Couple of issues in our room, which she sorted asap, Thank you Vicky!!

We visited Stonehenge from the North and were planning to drive to the South West of England for a family break. As we wanted to break the journey and stay overnight near Stonehenge, this place seemed to be the perfect place to stay overnight. We visited the town centre of Amesbury which was closeby. This Premier Inn was comfortable and not too expensive. Couldn't have dinner there as it was not available due to short staff. However, breakfast was good.

Arrived after a long drive to discover that you couldn't get anything to eat or drink unless you had pre-booked. Judging from other reviews this is a recurring problem. They are happy to send marketing junk to your email. But obviously can't be bothered to contact you with important information, which would at least have let us make other plans. I've just checked their website and there's no mention of this either. So be warned if you are thinking about making a booking. Though I'm not sure why you'd want to use a business that treats its customers with such contempt.

I was with a friend exploring sites around Salisbury. The hotel was the perfect location and the price was right. I would always select a Premier Inn if convenient and available. The Table table restaurant next door was fine, food was good and staff were very attentive.

was very up set we couldn't get an evening meal had to find our way into town to fine somewhere to eat. we had travelled 300 miles we were very tired and hungry. we were hoping to have a meal and a couple of drinks before booking in.

Good location for exploring the local area such as Old Sarum & Salisbury Cathedral. Salisbury is a city with a rich history, and this hotel is the perfect stop after a day of taking it all in. The reception staff are approachable and friendly, especially Victoria. The family room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was delicious, everything was hot and fresh. Thank You Premier Inn for this Beautiful experience. I would recommend this place to Everyone.
