Pai Viceroy

Pai viceroy is always our first choice at Tirupati. Recently we had our group booking from 2nd April to 7th April our company's residential conference at Pai , Tirupati. I would like to personally thank and appreciate all delightful associates for excellent service. The entire team members of around 135 enjoyed their stay and conference at Pai. I would like to personally thank Mr.Madan Mohan ,GM who is always there and know what all preferences we have for our team handled the over all event very successfully without any hurdles. He was very really helpful and Co operative through out the event. Starting from booking communication ,arranging a conference hall and rooms,menu selection etc. He was always reachable for any kind of help. Our event happened so successfully , and entire 135 people enjoyed the ambiance and the hospitality from entire Pai team . Menu had great varieties of veg and non veg options. Particularly paya soup and chitti muthyalu mutton biryani was awesome. As I am pure vegetarian, Veg starters options were quite appreciated. But my entire team enjoyed the food . Entire F&B team supported for all 5 days of our event. Surely we look back to come here again . We would also appreciate the hard work of below colleagues from front office department Naveen and Kavya. Kudos to the chef’s team and service staff specially Mr.Ramesh, Mr.Nagraj, Ms.Jhanvi and Ms.Swetha. The Housekeeping team did fabulous job during our stay as always. They kept our room always cleaned and thanks for Nagesh and his team . Special Thanks to Mr.Prasad being a Head of security incharge organised our transportation requirements. No questions asked in next coming Residential conferences , Surely we look back to come here again. SPECIAL HEARTFELT THANKS TO MADAN FOR MAKING OUR RESIDENTIAL CONFERENCE SO MEMORABLE.

Superb hotel in a prime location.I had a great stay .Lobby area was very neat and clean.housebkeeping team is very good .Responded very quickly for our needs.Food was too good at plantain leaf restaurant.Breakfast buffet spread includes idli,Vada,dosa,poori,Pongal,upma,4 types of chutneys,sambar,sweet,2 kinds of juices,corn flakes coffe tea etc what else any one can expect than this.this hotel is best in tirupati.

Recently visited pai Viceroy with my friends.room was very decent and clean .I stayed in a room which is having hill view.Buffet breakfast in the morning was superb and delicious.front office staff was really pro active and helpful at the time of check in and check out.valet parking is good.over all its a good stay with friends.

It was a wonderful and comfortable stay in Pai Viceroy hotel in Thirupati. Very clean rooms and nice hospitality. The staffs are friendly. The transportation services guided and provided by Mr Prasad is commendable. Their restaurant 'Plantain Leaf' is highly recommended as foods were delicious and good hospitality, specially the services received from Avantika and Minati. Overall services are very good, neat and price friendly.

One of the best Hotel in Tirupati morning breakfast is excellent The staff is very attentive and friendly. We have booked rooms & Cab services through Mr Prasad. We got good hospitality from him and he full filled all our requirements and guided us about all the temples. Check in and check was friendly over all the experience was 100 % full filled

Great experience stayed in for one night, excellent ambience and clean room. Service is good and check-in and out process quick and smooth. Food really good at restaurant and breakfast has very good spread. Overall great experience for family also great location to reach Tirumala !!!

Food was good but we were not completly satisfied with room service. Services were a bit delayed, might be due to ***y guests. But defenitely not worth the amout we pay. Otherwise cleanliness and other services were good. We have asked for an extra bed and had to repeatedly ask for a good blanket and airconditioning was poor. Was not completely satisfied as we have gone with our parents, they were slightly dissatisfied with the service.

Overall no complaints everything was good. Just feel the pillow was less fluffy. The food was great I really liked their service. One of the best service I’ve encountered in my years of travelling in India. Very friendly staffs. Very nice and friendly before and after service.

This is the second time I am staying in this hotel. The service is very good and met all expectations during both my stay. We stayed once in the suite room and once in the superior rooms for a night during both the stays and we loved it. Keep up the good service and the ambiance and cleanliness of the hotel.
