Booked a room two weeks ago only for it to be cancelled yesterday. Apparently the receptionist over booked. I wouldn't risk such an unreliable hotel. Hopefully this hotel will stop being advertised in other countries.

Hotel Mini Zimmer ohne Komfort. Frühstück schlecht,Saft war verdorben!! essen nur japanisch,Kaffee kalt aus dem Wasserkocher,habe vor Ort das Frühstück reklamiert u nicht mehr in Anspruch genommen jedoch kein Geld zurück bekommen!!

夜に寝ようとするとゴンゴン〜と脈打つ低音、自室の空調かと思ってバスルームの換気やエアコン消しても響く。音自体は小さいけど、何の音か分からいけど気になって寝付けませんでした。 それと、ベッドのマットが柔らか過ぎ。寝たら腰が沈む。 それ以外は、価格以上と思いました。

立地的に利便性が高いので仕事のために2泊したが、トイレ等清掃が不十分。それに対して指摘したがその対応も遅く、かなり待たされた。（今回はたまたまかもしれないが、清掃後のチェックが不十分なら改善してほしい。）今回は家族でなく1人での宿泊でよかったと思った。朝食はあまり品数は多く、レトルトぽいものが多く印象。利便性と価格でこのホテルを選んだが、それにしても利便性が高いだけに今回の宿泊はすこし残念だった。
