The location is fantastic! It's situated in the Akasaka area of Minato Ward, and Shinjuku is super convenient to get to – for those who enjoy a walk, it's even within walking distance. There are also tons of food options nearby, plus a 7-Eleven right downstairs.

Overall, I was very satisfied. Having a 7-Eleven conveniently located downstairs was a huge plus, and the surrounding area also offered a good selection of izakayas and restaurants, perfectly meeting all our daily needs. The distance to Tameike-Sannō subway station was also reasonable and easily manageable.
As for the hotel itself, the large public bath was a fantastic amenity. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, and the rooms were impeccably clean. I would definitely choose to stay at Via Inn again on my next visit and highly recommend it to everyone.

Spotlessly clean, incredibly convenient, and felt very safe. The attention to detail was excellent, with housekeeping ensuring the room was immaculate every single day. There were also tons of food options right downstairs, and having a 7-Eleven was incredibly handy! I loved being able to just pop down for food daily. Will definitely stay here again!

Breakfast was rather disappointing. This is the sixth hotel we stayed at on our trip and the only one where we decided to not take the breakfast after the first day. Other than that it was really ok.

A very spacious room and appreciate the wall support for seats on a table, train carriage style. You collect amenities at the reception which checks in using consoles. Nice toilets in business working area

its closed to the station, and closed to the hot spot of shoppi g like shibuya, shijuku and tokyo station. its very convinent to take a long train to suburban district.
