While the room was on the smaller side (understandable), the bed was quite spacious. There were signs indicating purified tap water, and I found the water pressure good and the water hot enough. The only minor point was that the toilet felt a bit small. The hotel's buffet breakfast was decent, and the surrounding area is very convenient for dining and drinks. The hotel offers direct shuttle buses to Disneyland and Haneda Airport, and it's also not far from JR and subway stations. A nice touch was the small power strip provided in the room. My only real criticisms are that the air purifier's filter appeared to have been uncleaned for a while, and there were limited washing machines, which were separate units for washing and drying.

A great hotel with a decent value for its location, which connects you to all the major Tokyo subway lines. The staff was very helpful and welcoming and the ground floor was spacious enough to take a small rest or to leave your luggage for a while. The room itself was great for one person and the cleanliness was good enough. The amenities were also plentiful and the bathroom worked great (without any bad smell). I will definitely stay here on my next trip!

The room is clean and location is absolutely great! It closes to JR and metro station. Nearby with several shopping malls, you can shop most of the popular shops nearby not need to travel to crowded hot spots. As well as many choices of foods! I was satisfied to stay here surely will consider again!

The scenic room I booked offered direct views of the Skytree, which was absolutely fantastic. Having a direct elevator right outside the hotel down to the subway was incredibly convenient, especially for me with a lot of luggage and big suitcases. They also offered luggage storage. Plus, the fast food restaurant directly across the street was a good option in the evenings, staying open quite late.

Richmond Hotel Premier Tokyo Schole has an excellent location, just beside Oshiage Subway station which has several lines running though it. It also has direct access to Haneda Airport which is very convenient. There is a big supermarket next door and SKy Tree has lots of dining and shopping options. The hotel itself has a laundromat for those who need to have their clothes washed and breakfast is served in Sizzler which has a fantastic salad spread. I stayed in 2 kinds of room due to a break in my schedule. The first room was most basic one which was a tad too small for us. Upon our return trip, we were given the ”Book” room series. It was large and luxurious and most unique with a bookshelf in the room. View was better facing Skytree. Overall, very satisfied stay and would probably book this hotel again.

The room was a decent size. The location offers excellent transport links, making it incredibly convenient to get around, and there are plenty of dining options nearby. What's more, the famous Sensoji Temple is just a short walk away.

What I love the most about this hotel is the location, which is very near to Ryogoku Station. Just need to cross the street and you’re at the station already!
Another plus point is alot of eateries nearby.
St Marc Cafe is also just below the hotel, which is so convenient if you would like to have breakfast in the morning.
There is also a luggage storage place where you can store your luggage up till 11pm, and it’s totally self service and most importantly free! They have a weighing scale there as well :)
Overall, very satisfied with my stay here!

First, the hotel is only great because of its hardware, the view, the name and the area. The service is disappointing upon my arrival.
I checked in at 1pm and a girl with short hair at the reception was very unwelcoming. She also said it was a company policy to charge hotel guests extra if we were to check in at 1 pm, since the official check-in time was 3 pm. This is the first time in my life I heard that a hotel has this kind of arrangement. She didn't even say ”sorry for your inconvenience” whatsoever.
I came back at 10 pm that day and was greeted by a young guy with glasses who was absolutely rude. I showed him a ticket to get our bags, and I politely said, ”Oh we haven't got our card”.
He replied saying, ”Of course! you haven't checked in, haha”.
I do not understand what is so funny, and at the moment he wasn't being funny at all. I felt discriminated because I'm an Asian.
Truth is I've already checked in and I only need the key to my room, so I don't quite know what his intention was. Then I was only given one card. That was appalling. We have four people staying and why would I only have one hotel card? As I asked the guy to give me one more card, he rudely said ”read the conditions yourself”, which said that I'll have to pay if I lose an extra card. You could've just kindly say ”please be aware we need to charge extra if you lose it”. The way he put it was very rude and that gave me and my family a very rough time that night.
On top of that, the moment I checked, the reception staff should have been giving me details about the hotel, the wifi, checkin checkin time etc., but he refused to speak more. I was very upset with these two people' service on that night.

SSiwika P. NckIt's a very good hotel. The atmosphere in the hotel is good. There is a cafe and a gallery of art to see. The room is very clean and spacious. The staff is very good. Travel from Asakusa Station, Exit 2ab, turn right, cross the bridge over the Sumida River, only 550 meters, you will see Tokyo Skytree clearly. The atmosphere on the way to the hotel is beautiful, quiet, and not crowded.

GGuest UserThe hotel is relatively spacious and the facilities are very complete. But I had to wait until after 8:30 in the evening. I didn’t have any tips when I booked the hotel. When I arrived at the store, I found out that the order was written after 8:30 pm. Fortunately, there are free snacks and drinks at the front desk, and the massage chair can lie. We have arrived at the store at 3:30, carrying a lot of salutes, otherwise I really don't know where to mix.

No table and chairs where to eat. Checkin inn can be tricky. You need to read instructions carefully and still we had to try few times to get in. Location was superb for us. Would stay there again though, even there was some minor negatives. Learn how to use translator app for appliances, and youll be fine. You have to put water warmer on etc.

GGuest UserThe room is much better than the imagination, but the self-service check-in is a little difficult. It takes more than 20 minutes to go to the station and go to the door. After studying at the door, I will study the key and study for 20 minutes. The hotel will be a little scared to recommend a single girl in the evening. Don't choose to walk from the hotel to the sky tree for 20 minutes to Disney. It is very convenient to take the bus for 40 minutes.
