I traveled to the hotel from Narita and its location near Kanda Station is incredibly convenient. The neighborhood is quiet and not too busy. The front desk workers are all very friendly, accommodating, and speak great English. The room is small perfect for a solo traveler with a large suitcase. The room was cleaner than I expected and had a kettle, fridge, and hairdryer. The disposable amenities are located on the first floor before the elevators. Checking in was a breeze as was checking out, even when I checked out at an odd hour. I had no issues at all during my 3 night stay and would definitely stay here again.

Excellent location, room size is standard for Tokyo, great amenities - in the room and at the lobby. Everything you needed was provided. Toothbrushes, water, slippers and even a skin care set, all in premium packaging and quality. In the lobby, a whole area is set up with complimentary drinks (coffee/tea/water) and for you to rest/work before you leave. Also, late check-out is available but at 2000 Yen per hour.

Choosing this hotel was a great decision. It's conveniently located less than a five-minute walk from Ningyocho subway station, even if you're taking your time. Although I didn't personally encounter any Chinese-speaking staff at the front desk, I had no trouble communicating with the other employees. The hotel offers complimentary toiletries and even ice cream, meaning you only need to bring your own slippers. While the room was on the smaller side, it was fully equipped with all the essential amenities.

The facilities were clean and well-equipped. It was a shame that there was no large public bath.
It was close to the station, and there was a convenience store and family restaurant nearby, so it was convenient. There was also a popular tonkatsu restaurant next door.
Also, the male staff were generally average, but the female staff were excellent.
I'd definitely like to stay here again.

Very good location nearby kayabacho subway (3 min walk) and tokyo station (15 min walk). Room was small, but good enough considering the price. Amenities were complete and even they provided sekkisei products freeflow! Recommended stay! The hotel looks old from outside but the room was okay. Nothing too fancy, it just good enough and I loved it! It served whatever a hotel should be.

Unlocked a new store again, chose this one based on the reviews, and was very satisfied with both the food and the drinks. It was very good. It was my first time here, and I came with the idea of exploring the store. I ordered a special drink, which was quite a surprise. It deserves praise. Overall, it is very suitable for dinner with friends, the environment is very suitable for chatting, and the cost performance is quite high ⬆️

Excellent hotel! The location was very convenient: 5 minutes from the metro, from where you can get direct transportation to almost any point of interest. The rooms were cleaned every day. The breakfast was also quite good, with a good time-based system: you need to take a coupon with a time slot and arrive during that time, which is great because there's plenty of space and it won't be crowded. The staff is very polite and always willing to help, and it's a great place at a great price!

The only minor drawback was the small room; otherwise, everything was excellent. Upon arriving at Narita Airport, I had planned to take a bus, but struggled to find where to purchase a transport card (as suggested by an online guide). So, I ended up taking the JR train directly from the airport to Tokyo Station instead. The journey cost 3070 JPY, took less than an hour, and had frequent services. I exited from the Yaesu Central Exit, following the orange signs, and it was just a 7-8 minute walk to the hotel using navigation. The hotel provides a comprehensive array of toiletries, including skincare products, face masks, and razors, and guests can also choose their preferred pillow. Ladies have access to a complimentary public bath on the third floor. Additionally, on the first floor, complimentary free-flow cocktails and ice cream are available until 9 PM.

Our recent stay was defined by the truly outstanding service and incredibly convenient location. While the rooms themselves were somewhat compact, the warmth, attentiveness, and genuine desire to help from every single staff member made a profound impact and significantly elevated our experience.
The staff's thoughtfulness was remarkable. They anticipated needs we hadn't even voiced yet. Whether it was proactively offering an umbrella when rain threatened, going out of their way to arrange last-minute restaurant bookings, or patiently answering countless questions about local transport, their commitment to guest satisfaction was constant. Nothing seemed like too much trouble; they consistently demonstrated a ”can-do” attitude with a smile.
The hotel's location was another major plus. Situated right in the heart it was incredibly easy to explore on foot or access public transportation. Having shops, cafes, and major sights literally steps away added tremendous value and convenience to our trip.
Although the room size was smaller than we might usually prefer, it was impeccably clean, well-designed to maximize the space, and had all the essential amenities. The comfort and functionality were there, proving that efficient design can work well.
Ultimately, it was the staff's exceptional dedication and the unbeatable location that won us over. Their sincere willingness to go above and beyond to ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay, coupled with the ease of exploring from this spot, made this hotel a great choice for us. Чисто, всё что нужно есть, тишина, номера маленькие.
Если едете втроем с ребенком, вам сделают одну большую кровать на троих. Если ее раздвинуть, получается две по 100см в ширину :)))

The room itself is comfortable, and the ground-floor restaurant is a nice touch, offering afternoon tea with complimentary snacks and drinks from the hotel. WWariyukiWe rented this hotel as it’s close to part of the journey of the Tokyo Run 2025. The twin room is too small to allow us to open two luggages at the same time. The table and sofa are useful but the table may be too big that make the space in room a bit small. My room had small strange / sour smell though it’s not too unbearable fortunately or unfortunately 🥲. It’s not the most convenient location though it’s quite close to metro and Ginza/Tokyo stations.

KKK10012021Worried about the room's small size, I booked the Matsu room. The design was fantastic, creating a Zen-like sanctuary within Tokyo.
Facilities: Two tatami beds with very comfortable bedding; a spacious separate dressing room; a large sofa that doubles as a bed; and a small, comfortable sofa in the bathroom.
Environment: The shared living room was very convenient, offering snacks. The Japanese corn crisps were delicious, and small scoops of ice cream were available all day. The rooftop hot springs are truly unique, with two connected indoor and outdoor areas. The water is slightly yellow and has a sulfurous smell. It's a genuine hot spring! After a soak, your body feels smooth, and a bottle of iced milk is a complete revelation. The hotel's location is not very obvious, hidden away in the city. The driver had to drive around a bit before finding the underground drop-off point.
Service: Most of the staff were female. Upon arrival, they didn't help with my luggage, but simply stood by and directed the hired driver, which was a bit surprising. The receptionist had to approach and clearly stated they would only greet me if they needed to communicate. After checking out, while waiting for the car in the lobby, no one asked if I wanted a drink of water. The overall feeling was quite distant.

the lobby had a machine where you can self-checkin despite midnight checkin, we arrived around midnight and used the machine to check-in. I believe only this hotel had this features where i am looking for midnight checkin hotel.
Commenting on the room, it rather smaller than i expect, perfectly fit for 2 people, but if you are with big luggage, do not expect big hallway and spacious movement. Very compact for short stay, not more than that.
Cleanliness is acceptable, had a laundry room and ice machine, my wife was so happy about it.
Lovely and helpful staff, you can also use the luggage transport to move your luggage to another hotel.

GGuest UserWe are very happy with our stay at Hotel Sui Gynza Kyobashi by ABEST.
The staffs (every one) are excellent , we have met 2 male and 1 female staffs. Love their willingness to help us eg one of the staffs even serve the internet to shows us the directions. We also able to leave the luggage for few hours at the hotel after check out while waiting to go to the Airport.
They also provide free Udon and coffee.
The location is excellent- closed to JR , subway.
There are few convenient stores closed by.
Would love to stay here again for my next Japan trip.

ああっちこっちどっちAnyway, the cost performance is good! This comes with it!! ︎ The location was definitely a little difficult. There was a sign in front of the building, but I missed it. But it wasn't an impossible place to reach. I thought it would be a long way to go with a carrying case, but some users were using it a lot. Since it's only for women, the wash basins tend to be crowded, but they had 5 sinks available so I didn't have to wait. There were three showers, hair dryers, and toilets. There is a charge for amenities, but I brought my own towels and toothbrushing set, so it wasn't a problem.

HHanditya YusufMy stay here was great! I don't understand the bad reviews, as although small (I recommend only bringing max 1 cabin and 1 check-in luggage size), the bed was very comfortable! The toilet is standard, the free toiletries was just functional, but otherwise, great bang for buck!
Location is awesome as well, located very close by to the famous toast restaurant, choices of convenience stores, as well as a park if you feel like taking a morning stroll before going out in Ginza.
May not be best for families, but definitely great for solo and acceptable for couples!
