臨時決定去通化萬峯滑雪，當天訂房，晚上入住，跟老闆提出第二天續住，老闆表示這間房第二天有人訂了，但可以協調串到其它房間。
第二天中午，搬到老闆安排的另一個房間。發現要求的投影沒有幕布，直接投在牆上效果很差，熱水壺漏水，衞生間水流特別小，枱燈也不亮，等等諸多問題。老闆又説這不是她的房間，是她妹妹的。又解釋她妹病了，房間沒仔細檢查之類。
老闆説第三天可以給我騰出一間好的房間，房費要提前轉賬，轉了以後，又跟我説那間房房客續住了，讓我繼續在這個房間住！我想説，我第一天要續住的時候也沒讓我住啊！想想出來玩要開心！我忍了！
後續沒有衞生紙，我自己買。沒有洗手液，洗髮水沐浴露，老闆又説他妹病了，能不能兑點水湊合一下。我都忍了！
最後一天退房，跟老闆商量想讓孩子睡完午覺，能不能2點退房，被告知要收一小時20元的超時費，瞬間覺得人不能太體諒別人，委屈自己，越讓步越被人欺負！！！
果斷12點前退房走人！如需入住請避坑！

房東很熱情，房間收拾的很乾凈，屋子暖和，浴室是乾濕分離的，洗澡水很熱，在江南小鎮園區裏，晚上很安靜，距離滑雪場和萬達廣場都很近，門口路邊都可以停車，樓下還有水果店和超市，性價比很高，下次來滑雪還住你家

位置在江南小鎮附近，跟對象打車去還算好找，房間很漂亮定的帶一個小窗台上邊有毛絨絨的毯子還有抱枕整個一個小清新風格，屋子乾淨整潔設施都很新

我來客觀評價一下，先説優點，新地盤，房間乾淨舒適，地暖温度也剛好，房間也沒有異味之類的，房屋管家溝通也流暢，去雪場方便説不上，但是高德打車都是打得到的
缺點是隔音有問題，隔壁説話聊天都聽的一清二楚，然後是地理位置偏偏尷尬，好多外賣都送不到這裏，最後房間的電熱水器有點搞，習慣洗暖暖的熱水澡，但它熱一次洗個頭再稍微沖下身體熱水就用完了，得等他繼續加熱。
