An absolutely delightful experience at Wuzhen Shinetown clubhouse. Staff were amazingly attentive and welcoming. I had just stayed at the JW Marriott in Shanghai and I can confidently say their service is superior. Clubhouse is located in a very central location in Wuzhen so access to everything was super convenient. The restaurant food was one of the other highlight of the stay. Even if you don’t stay I highly recommend you make a special trip to their restaurant.

特別滿意，酒店整體打造是林園風格，房間中式的，打開窗就有景。早餐豐富到驚訝，味道不輸西餐廳。中餐套餐也驚艷，從小菜到餛飩到糕點，精緻好吃。服務很貼心，行李託運直接到房間，強烈推薦

酒店是在百年豪宅的基礎上建造的，就在主街道上，景觀比較有韻味，帶的小朋友，特別喜歡噴泉，院裏也有設定，可謂出則繁華盡覽，入則靜謐獨藏，酒店在服務上也屬於上層水準！

酒店在烏鎮的西柵中間位置，到了入口就有擺渡車直接送到酒店，行李也有託運，不耽誤遊玩。去哪裡都比較方便。且鬧中取靜，無論外面多少人，也絲毫不影響休息，這一點很完美，私隱性也很好。逛累了隨時回酒店休息，下午還有糖水水。尤其是行程管家小潘，真的是人美心善，面面俱到，待人親切非常的舒服，有問題都想辦法解決。酒店的餐廳飯菜也很不錯。總而言之，很愉快的一場旅行。

體驗很棒，服務非常好，早餐精緻豐富，地理位置在西柵景區的中間，所以去哪裡都很方便。最後走的時候酒店工作人員還主動幫我們拎行李到車站，很貼心！推薦入住！洗漱用品都是歐舒丹哦哈哈！
