房間挺乾淨的，訂的是不含早的，早餐情況不知，不足的就是給我安排了沒有窗户的房間，看外面像在監獄一樣，景區的房價偏高，400多性價比不高

酒店位置很好，就在東柵景區門口，離西柵景區步行20分鐘，房間比較大，有窗户，透風，床也比較大，整體睡眠不錯

開元的品質還是很放心的。
各種設備，床品都很好。家庭房面積很大。我房間是走廊最頂端，2面有窗，所以採光非常好。
早餐也很不錯，蔬菜，麪點，蠻齊全的。

在東柵旁邊 停車很方便，性價比不錯 ，前台有個小胡服務很好，臨走還送了烏鎮特產姑嫂餅 很開感謝

就在東柵景區門口，步行10min可以走到南柵逛逛，距離西柵有兩公里，要打車，酒店不在西柵裏面就比較便宜，但是買聯票必須一天內玩完東西柵，第二天就不能再進去了。
淡季免費升級了房型，前台服務一般。

開的第一間房間煙味很重要求換了一間，裏面空間還行，設施也挺新，但是衞生有點欠缺，馬桶蓋擦了擦衞生紙帶着點黃色，我套上了自己帶的一次性馬桶套，早餐也一般般，種類不多，菜品也一般，看着沒啥想吃的，西瓜還有點餿了，餛飩味道好點

房間乾淨整潔，環境優美，客房服務隨叫隨到，前台棉棉接待熱情，離店時還收到當地特產。酒店在烏鎮東柵景區門口，很方便。一家人出行住的很舒心，推薦！酒店照片沒拍，付幾張景區照片！

非常不滿意的一次住宿體驗，是看開元的品牌才來預訂的。首先這個房間就很小的一個窗户，連紗窗都沒有。房間裏特別悶熱，室外温度13度，室內我感覺快30度，晚上睡覺穿的短袖整晚都蓋不了被子，小孩子也是熱的一頭一身汗。起來開空調吹出來的風一股黴味，沒敢繼續開。位置是二樓臨街，晚上車來車往的聲音很大，可能是我們窗户開的大，但是不開窗根本不通風。本來第一晚住完我老公是要換酒店的，但是我懶得收拾行李覺得搬來搬去太麻煩。結果第二晚下雨，睡到凌晨快天亮又是雨聲又是汽車的聲音，從四點多我就睜眼等天亮，一大早就去退房了。差評！！！
