環境：外部環境打造很不錯，一片大草原，但是房間400的房價，空間實在不算很大，很浪費這麼大的面積，房間又沒有空調，最大的落地窗居然沒有紗窗，設計不是很合理，在房間裏很悶熱。
服務：人很少，服務一般

服務態度太差了，環境也很差，住進去了就沒人管了，遇到下雨，停電了一整晚，沒人管，到第二天走的時候電也沒來，都沒人來問過，跑去找他們，就説他們也沒辦法，上面當官的説等倒，然後就沒下文了…我們自己還去外面買蠟燭，買吃的…晚上被蚊子咬死了

衹能説住個大環境 和天氣涼爽吧 那個木屋真的太不行了 窗户的窗簾不遮光 門是玻璃的 我第一次見玻璃門 無語了 早上沒辦法睡懶覺 地上全是蚊子 的屍體 衞生間全是頭髮 反正很老火 不值這個價格吧 工作人員也不多

打掃不及時，不徹底，熱水不理想，反饋問題處理的時間久，慢。早餐很普通很普通。1000多的房間，放哪裡都是很舒適的，可是這裏真不值。環境一般吧，有條水溝，但水很臭，晚上得關窗睡，但關窗又悶。

住過的性價比最低的酒店，沒有之一，房間是三室一廳其中一個卧室，私密性差，另外，晚上很熱，早餐超級差。讓給孩子煮一小碗麪，居然還要另收10塊錢。

網紅泳池8月份還沒有開放。停車場碎石麪、凹凸不平。很多設施處於荒廢狀態、無人管理。當天晚上想在餐廳用餐，被小哥告知廚房正忙，需要等待兩個小時，建議駕車出去吃。後前台主管出面協調，才及時吃上晚餐。第二天9點多辦理退房，想開具發票，被告知開發票相關工作人員不在前台。
