Good location. The room seems clean overall, just little dust somewhere. They have swimming pool and sauna to use. I like the view of my room seeing CN tower. However, parking is not free, and air conditioner isn’t as cool as it supposed to be, but I bring my mini fan to travel, so I don’t have a problem.

Hotel is well maintained but is old. Shower integrated with bath filler didn’t work well- shower stream weak. Room size very average. Room view ok- looking into Nathan Philips Square.

The hotel was in an excellent location withing walking distance to the City Hall, Eaton Center and other attractions. The Deluxe room had great views of the surrounding buildings. The room needed bit of cleaning which was promptly addressed. The a-la-cart breakfast included in the room rate was very good.

Location is very convenient with many restaurants closed by. Lobby seems to be renovated and looks grand and nice. Room was a bit outdated. Overall stay is not bad.

What a central hotel in Toronto - everything was great. It is a big and busy hotel but its super close to everything downtown.

There was not a weak part of my stay in this hotel. The staff was friendly and extremely happy to help, with exceptional competence in their field. The hotel was spotless and had a great energy. The service was speedy and the food scrumptious.
