Stayed for one night. Room is very large with a strong AC, and large backyard. Hostess is also very nice, and offered free breakfast. Thank you!

I would like to give 5 stars, but I can't for these reasons;
We arrived super late because our flight was delayed by 4 hours.
The vehicle rental took me 2 hours.
So, on the way to the B&B, I received two messages on WhatsApp asking me what time I would arrive. I was driving, so obviously, it was very dangerous to respond to messages when I don't know their roads, the way they drive, etc. Why didn't I receive a message the day before so I could have their WhatsApp contact and be able to notify them as soon as I arrived?
When we arrived, we were greeted by Vincenzo and Alberto, who were extremely welcoming! Great people who were of help here and there during our stay.
The cleaning lady was also super nice. The room seemed clean when we arrived. On the other hand, when replacing the furniture, we found balls of dust. We also had difficulty with the shower, the door of which did not close at all, even with force. The water could, therefore, collect on the floor as soon as we entered the shower. There was no ventilation in the bathroom, so welcome all the humidity that entails. The development of mold spores is present there.
We also like to sleep in the dark. we had a permanent light in the night in the room. The ceiling was illuminated.
The location was 5 stars.
Great location with the grocery store right across the street.
Safe parking on the street.
Safe with kids.
We did not have access to the courtyard where the jacuzzi was not open, unfortunately.

I went in July with my family to visit a place where we had never been, the Gulf of Naples and the Amalfi coast. The B&B is located in a strategic place to visit those places... very convenient to the local train (Circumvesuviana) to reach any nearby location without using the car. The owners Alberto and Elena welcomed us as if we were family. Kindness, friendliness and helpfulness are the main ingredients of this B&B. Alberto immediately gave us all the advice and tips for visiting the most beautiful places. Clean and spacious rooms overlooking a beautiful garden. Place I would recommend to anyone and where we hope to return.

We stayed in this B&B for four days without too many expectations and we discovered a very special place. Comfortable and clean accommodations that overlook a very welcoming courtyard with tables, armchairs, swing and some games for the little ones. The Jacuzzi with attached shower is fantastic. Very kind and always available staff. Alberto's attentive management makes the stay truly unforgettable, thank you for everything and we hope to return as soon as possible.

it all started with a booking error in another B&B, WE WERE DESPERATE because we didn't know where to go, who to contact, we made a round of calls and boom! there was a place!! and what a place!! The hospitality and kindness of Alfredo and his family was extraordinary!! I felt like one of the family, not knowing Torre Annuziata, they helped me find the places I was looking for and they also recommended a large, beautiful restaurant with superb cuisine! if I have to come on holiday?? The property is situated in an excellent position with respect to the trips we intended to make, well connected by the Circumvesuviana to Naples, Sorrento and Pompeii. Basic but well done rooms, all have a nice patio where you can have breakfast or take away meals. Very well-kept garden, bright and why not romantic, with its night lights framing the lemon trees. I went with my mum to Torre Annunziata and at first I thought I was going through a very stressful experience since I went there to participate in the school competition. Finally I found myself at home and relaxed. Wonderful Alberto and Elena, always available 24 hours a day, friendly and kind. The garden is beautiful and relaxing. In these few days of study-holiday we have also had the company of the kittens of the structure. The clean and super-equipped rooms. I stayed in this B&B for work reasons, I was alone, but the staff immediately made me feel at home. Very kind, helpful, friendly people! As for cleanliness, impeccable. The rooms are very nice, there is WI-FI, a mini-fridge, air conditioning. There are also several common areas: a garden with a fountain and a hot tub, a kitchen where you can make coffee, tea, etc. The location is also very convenient, very close to the excavations of Oplontis (the famous villa of Poppea which I recommend to visit), in front of the Conad, pharmacy, bars, tobacconists, pizzerias, etc. there is everything within a minute's walk! I recommend staying in this structure for all these reasons that I have listed above.
