Hotel is currently rather old, but the facilities are well maintained. Unfortunately the onsen is a little dated and could use some deep cleaning. Onsen water could have been hotter.

酒店很大，有私人私呂，職員親切友善，溫泉體驗很好。
設施有點舊，十和田湖5點過後就好像荒城一樣，幸好可以在酒店內購物。

房間很整潔，雖然有年代感，但我很喜歡，穿着浴衣去泡温泉也很自在。酒店位置離JR巴士終點站也不遠。前台非常熱情～

離十和田湖邊在走路可達範圍，早上湖邊沿著木棧道散步很舒服，夜晚在戶外溫泉泡湯的感覺很棒，空氣特別清新

非常客觀地説：十和田湖和十和田莊酒店都不值得特意前往，此酒店接待旅行團。奧入瀨溪流還不錯，從青森出發，當天可以來回。
