Agriturismo Mas dei Chini

Something positive in advance: the wines tasted good. Something negative in advance: nothing for animal lovers, more below. It was with great anticipation that we booked this accommodation and were massively disappointed on every possible level! At first everything makes a really good impression. What you never see in all the photos, the property is located directly on the main street, see photo, the noise level of the many cars and buses is tried to be overlaid with very, very loud club music, so there is no trace of idyllic tranquility as you might imagine imagine a stay! To the room: The bathroom is simply not well thought out, no coat hooks, no hooks for the towels - also no shelf for such. So we had to ask for new ones every day. If you want hot water you have to wait about 5 minutes. As for the cleanliness, see the photo of the bathroom... The hair you see here was not ours, none of us have hair that long. For breakfast: There was only one variant of the egg, and that was a hard-boiled, chilled one, straight from the fridge. We were there for 3 days, we had to ask for salt again every day. The unmotivated young female employee did not ask us for coffee on any of these 3 days. On the day of departure she even walked past 3 times until I stopped her and asked if she wanted to ask us for a coffee. We were the only guests so it certainly wasn't stress related. Of course, no one ever asked for a second cup, so you first had to look for it and ask for it. The rest of the breakfast consisted of conventional ricotta, camembert, 1 sort of salami, 1 sort of s*****. jam from the jar. ready cake. Muesli. No hint of tomatoes, olives or anything Mediterranean... level of an average guesthouse. One day we even got old, dry bread from the day before. About the restaurant: We ate in the in-house restaurant on the day of arrival: I ordered a salad with the meal - I got 100% pure iceberg lettuce without dressing - see photo. The fish was over cooked and the accompaniment was a minimalist dollop of tasteless puree - see photo. A bitter disappoin**ent. For us sometimes the worst: On the property, a dog is kept in a tight kennel, see photo, who howled and barked the whole time because he understandably wanted to get out. We also have videos of this. We have a dog ourselves, which was unbearable to hear. We never heard anyone walk him or take care of him in any way. When asked if he had to stay there all day, they said: "only if there are guests"...... So as a dog lover, everyone's heart will bleed. It's a pity all.

Un posto meraviglioso che, dopo tante cene ed aperitivi, abbiamo scelto per il pranzo del nostro matrimonio. La location è curatissima come il menù e la presentazione dei piatti. Per non parlare dei vini di propria produzione! Lo staff è super cortese e disponibile, lo chef un vero asso della cucina e Elena, la titolare, una bomba di energia, simpatia e al contempo professionalità, sempre pronta a venire incontro alle richieste dei suoi ospiti. È già la terza volta che torniamo al mas dei chini perché è un agriturismo adorabile ,la proprietaria è carinissima ,le stanze veramente carine ed accoglienti e gli spazi comuni originali ..me ne sono innamorata subito ! E cosa dire dei loro vini …. Sono da provare tutti ! La cena ottima e la colazione al top ! Insomma appena possibile una fuga da loro la faremo sempre

Qualità del cibo eleveta, personale simpatico e qualificato. La musica creava a**osfera e il volume non era alto. Il prezzo era alto, ma giusto e per niente esagerato. Alla fine mi hanno chiesto se volevo delle bottiglie di vino o del succo di mela e anch’essi non erano esagerati.
