The staff is very polite but we can get better room and facilities with that price in another hotel

23 years later, I went back to the University of Tsukuba where I was a postdoctoral fellow. I knew there was no hotel on campus, so I chose this hotel that was closer to the University of Tsukuba. If you live alone, it's pretty good. The front desk clerk I met was very friendly. Because it was New Year's Day holiday, the hotel restaurant was closed. 筑波大学への用事で利用しました。週末には結婚式などでも人があつまるホテルで、古さはありますが、特に問題はありませんでした。宿泊フロアのエレベーター前に電子レンジがあるのも便利でした。 筑波大学までは、つくば駅前まで少し歩いて、そこからバスで、大体30分ほどだったと思います。つくば駅周辺自体、お店や飲食店も多くなく、夜になると本当に何もないです。ホテル周辺には大きな道沿いにチェーン店の飲食店が立ち並んでいますが、コンビニが遠いのが不便でした。 駅まで微妙に距離があるので、1日1往復以上する場合はちょっと面倒です。

因參加國際會議，本想連續住5天，遺憾沒有訂到，住了4天後在同一酒店追加了一晚，總體感覺還是不錯的，衞生、服務都不錯，日式早餐雖然相對不是很豐盛，但營養搭配好。

酒店位置在餐廳很多的大路口，走路到筑波中心大概10分鐘，很輕鬆就到了。 房間內設施符合預期，洗澡水龍頭出水很強。早餐豐盛，服務積極，值得一試。

這次住在6樓，可以看到窗外大街上商店和餐廳。房間的配置和附近的酒店差不多。早餐還算種類多，很好吃，但是七點鐘才開始！

位置方便，附近有不少餐廳，鄰近大馬路，車位眾多，酒店職員殷勤有禮，房間空氣質素良好，適合自駕遊旅客。

年数を感じる建物だが、近代のホテルにない落ち着きと 安心感がある。

古めのホテルでしたが設備はしっかりしていたので快適でした。駅チカで駐車場がとても広く、無料というのはてとも嬉しいですね。

服務態度挺好的，就是不允許點外賣，很奇怪
