The hotel is quite old but it is clean and well maintained. The room is really big and has complete toiletries. They gave us free water and fruits during our stay. Their restaurant has a nice view of sapa. This is also near sun plaza and yummy restaurant and moana cafe

The concierge boy was the best, his service was excellent. He was helpful in drying our shoes as it was wet due to the heavy rain. We check out early and wanted to catch the overnight bus, he was attentive and pack some water and banana for us to eat on the way. That was a great gesture.

Very helpful staff We request to check in early (6 o'clock) will get a reserved room like the first picture and will get the actual room around 9-10 o'clock, complete with equipment, good warmth. but the water is not hot, hot and cold The bed is very soft. The staff at the counter can communicate well in English. The left side of the hotel is about 2 kilometers away from the sunplaza. It's very comfortable to walk and take photos. There is a golf cart next to the convenient, affordable price. On the right side, we can walk to Cat Cat but very far. The bathroom has toothbrushes, toothpaste, cotton buds, soap, shampoo, towels, snippers. A lot of plugs, there is a Wi-Fi router in the room. Well, the early check-in price is not expensive. I received a double booking and didn't inform you in advance, so I arrived late and had a hard time finding another accommodation. Even knowing the double book, they entice them to sleep in other accommodations ********

The room is very cozy and the view is magnificent. It was comfortable enough to stay even though the outside temperature is almost 0°C. The receptionist is very accommodating and we have been assisted with our luggage. We plan to go back for more stay soon.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The family room we got was really spacious, beds are comfortable, and the mountain view was just breathtaking. It is also quiet so very good if you want a peaceful holiday. Location is good as well, near many restaurants, and also very near Moana Sapa (walking distance). The most impressive was their service - as soon as we arrived, they helped us with our luggage, and gave us hot tea- very welcoming and accommodating. Highly recommend Sapa Valley View Hotel 👍

Comfortable bed and pillows had a great sleep. The view is wonderful when is a clear day. It is family hotel and they are great and they speak English. Give you some bananas and tea and plenty of smiles. Very happy to stay in such a wonderful environment. Very much recomendable. Close to many restaurants.

We recently stayed at Sapa Valley Hotel, and it was a pleasant experience overall. The staff was courteous and attentive, ensuring all our needs were met promptly. They arranged for Spa/Massage & the Bus service for our tour to Rong May Glass Bridge. The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with modern amenities, including fast Wi-Fi and a comfortable bed. The location was ideal, close to local attractions and public transport. I would recommend this hotel and would consider staying here again in the future.
