房間內有小蟲子，特別是有食品碎屑，比較招螞蟻，其他還好。英語不好，與客服溝通不是很順暢。第一次衹給換到沒有窗户的房間，第二次才同意換到3樓房間。與國內相比，服務、設施、周邊環境還是有差距。

房間熱水不熱，經常都是冷的比較多，投訴幾次沒有理會我，弄得我洗澡洗頭感冒了，他們都不理的，發郵件不解決，前台忽悠我，過分啊！！
