Amazing place. The location is great if you have a car or bike. I’m a hidden street super quiet. The pool is awesome. We got the room with walkout windows. Simply fantastic. I did not eat there but they have nice coffees.

The quality of the hotel is the best for the price.
The location is a bit bad (there are usually hotels along the seaside in the hotel zone), but this one is in the middle of the city and you can't see the sea, but the facilities are so good that you'll be satisfied even if you can't see the sea. is. Excellent property which is slightly let down by its location on the edge of Tulum. There is very little in the way of amenities near to the hotel. However, if you accept that this means you will use the hotel’s restaurant/dining, it is extremely expensive - on a par with London prices. No ******* VIP incentives were offered.

We LOVED our stay at Una Vida. What a wonderful hotel to stay in the town of Tulum. Not far from a lot in town. Free rental bikes. Access to the neighbor hotel and their facilities. Free yoga. Restaurant was great. Beautiful pool and decor. Very helpful staff. Can’t say enough!

Love the ambiance and pools/ decor - the ability to use shared amenities with hotel bardo is a plus as well.
The breakfast is always amazing, I have been to una vida a few times and will be back.

Wonderful boutique hotel! It is an oasis outside the busy downtown Tulum. The staff, food, and ambiance are all fantastic. Highly recommend!!!

This hotel is absolutely amazing, the property is stunning, everywhere you turned was nice to look at. Our room had a beauty private plunge pool and the main pool was even better. The staff was very friendly and helpful, the property was clean at all times. I would definitely come back here and I recommend it for anyone that loves a nature type of vibe. 10/10
