You can stay eco-friendly. No kettle, refrigerator or TV. There is only one outlet in the room and the electric capacity is low, so even if you bring a hair dryer you can not use it, and you can only use it to charge your smartphone or tablet.
The location by the sea is good, but there is a club in front and it is noisy until midnight every day depending on the room. If you close the window, you can't hear it a little, but the room doesn't have an air conditioner, so it's too hot to sleep if you don't open the window.
Therefore, it may not be suitable for those who want to relax quietly.

One of the last properties in Tulum with beautiful palapas on the ocean. Each one had views of the ocean, large bathrooms, electricity for charging devises, good wifi, and beautiful beaches with sunbeds and sunshades. The staff took great care of us and the free breakfast was an added bonus. We loved our stay.

The weather was fantastic for most of our stay. However, the last night was challenging due to strong winds. I can't give it a 5-star rating for comfort because throughout the night, something outside the cabin kept banging against the wall, leading to a restless night with considerable noise. Despite this, the location is excellent, and the amenities are perfect.

modern , new and clean hotel in a quiet area but close to main road. I received an upgrade to big apartment. The food was very good in the hotel restaurant. Overall very good experience, highly recommended.

This is my 7th time at this hotel and I love everything about it, from nice management Ricardo to friendly staff snd beautiful cabins and nice breakfast. Definitely one of the best in the area.

I think eco has become as excuse for not having basic amenities lol. The water didn’t work in the morning when i woke for a shower, the Marianne man did come quickly but because there’s no phones i had to get dressed and walk to the front to get someone first. The water is like a dribble lol.
Breakfast was included however nowhere did it mention the restaurant was up the street lol. The restaurant across the street is expensive AF be warned.
I will say the staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. The room did have a kitchenette which i always like and a hammock on the patio. I wouldn’t stay there again though, I’d rather pay double to stay at Alaya or somewhere more central. Because a can to go 5 minutes up the street is $35 lol.

This was the perfect place to stay in Tulum. It was about a 5 min walk to the bigger restaurants but that was just far enough to make the location feel more secluded and the beach more Private. The staff was great and very accommodating. Our room wasn’t directly on the beach which was nice gave our balcony some privacy but it was just literal steps from the beach which was also very convenient. A must stay if you go to Tulum!!
