The hotel territory is very nice, big and comfortable.
The hotel has modern facilities and kids entertainments.
Unfortunately, the hotel service is one of the worst, food is not clean, dishes and spoons always has dirt or remaining food.
Almost in each dish I can catch piece of hair or something.
There are no enough employees to serve in the restaurants and bars. Therefore, employees are overloaded and does not feel comfortable to help.
The food has nice products but missing the good taste (they need to invest on a good chief).
I really feel sorry for this amazing hotel and facilities to be spoiled due to management does not do their job and not investing on people who works.

Everything is fine! It was a pleasure to stay in this hotel. The only thing I don’t understand is why the dishes don’t seem to have been washed.

The staff was kind and generous with the questions I asked. The food was OUTSTANDING, beautiful to the eye and to the taste. One of the best buffet I have ever seen and tasted. The view was amazing and the room was so clean. I will definitely come again

I have just returned from white city hotel,first the good points,the hotel itself is very good,spotless,nothing broke everything in the right places,next the rooms very thin walls you can here everything and the noise at night is loud but the rooms are spacious and very clean,next the food not for British they say that they cater for the British but in my eyes they do not,breakfast ,sprouts,carrots chips no British choices,they said British baked beans,well they were not ,lunch same nearly all the time as was dinner it seems to be more for Russians and German definitely not for British,would I go again probably not the hotel chefs need to look at catering for ALL not just a few, this in my opinion is a true and honest review.

The hotel itself was beautiful and clean , food is plenty , didn't like the fact that you had to go and collect your beach towel from the spa downstairs and get harassed into having a massage which we did not need !! also think the cleaners are light fingered , I left 4 ten pound notes wrapped in my credit card on my bedside, didn't take any notice until i got home and only had 2 ten pound notes and i know i didn't exchange any money out there as i was using my credit card .. someone else also said that they had a ten pound note and some change on the side and the ten pound had disappeared!!! if I had known this had happened i would not have left them a tip :( disappointing

My first time in Turkey and found all the Staff very accommodating and friendly at all times. Hotel is very clean and staff work hard to keep it that way. Would definitely come again and recommend this hotel to others. My only issue is that EasyJet rep did not make himself known and I would never have known about him if we hadn’t asked. Shame, because we had already booked excursions with local man who was recommended by other guests. Had we known, we would have booked with hotel rep instead.

Amazing stay, the animation team are very friendly and welcoming !! would defo recommend if you’re looking for a fun, the evening entertainment was great, however longer karaoke nights!! the food was delicious, they cater to all cuisines. Ahmet, Sofia, Johnny and Furkan were very lovely, welcoming and fun throughout our stay. The offer a variety of pool games throughout the day, entertainment and shows in the evening. Will be back again!

Clean, staff lovely. Very relaxing. Beds comfortable. Food your usual all inclusive but we didnt mind it. I also like to eat out alot so was never worried about food as i like to go to visit resturants in the city. I would come back here i have seen mixed reviews but next found any issues.

Really lovely hotel! So much to do in the day and at night, a great entertainment team who are all very kind and chatty! The hotel is very nice and the facilities are great! Nice food and drinks too! We had a really great time and would definitely come again!
