Liyi Hotel Turpan

The hotel is located close to various attractions in Turpan. It is located in a very quiet courtyard with a large parking space and apricot blossoms, giving people a very comfortable feeling. On the afternoon of the check-in day, they saw that we brought our children and gave us snacks. The room decoration style is very novel. I heard that the hotel's fragrance is cedar, which smells very refreshing. Breakfast was delivered to the room the next morning, which was very thoughtful. Even when we checked out, they gave us a few bottles of mineral water. It's hard not to love it. I manually give a thumbs up to the hotel service staff!

This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. First of all, I had to wait in the lobby for a long time when checking in. The person at the front desk was not there. Secondly, the room was not cleaned. There were hairs on the bed and the sink. What was even more ridiculous was the check-in process. When I checked in, I asked the front desk what time breakfast would be served. The front desk told me that it would end at 10:00 to 11:30 Beijing time. When we went down at 10:15, the hotel staff was having breakfast and told me that the breakfast was over. I said that your breakfast is only open for 15 minutes. What’s more interesting is that I was told that all the students staying yesterday had finished their breakfast.

Newly opened in 2023, the hygiene attitude is very good, the service is good, the restaurant is super clean, and the food is delicious. The airport is close, the mattress and quilt are soft and comfortable, the lady in the cafeteria is warm and polite, she is very cute, and she specially took cute photos. The food is delicious. Both Western and Chinese food are available.
