"My family and I had an excellent stay at Ibis. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive. When I had a special request they were able to be of good assistance. Breakfast was tasty and well presented with many good options. The location was excellent as it's right next to the entrance to the train station, about 50m away. That means taxis were very easy to get, and there is a 24h convenience store and food options in the same plaza. Taxi to the main city center was a quick 20 mins away. Highly recommend this hotel if you're considering it!"

"The air conditioning in my room was broken and wasn't cooling at all. I endured it for four hours, thinking it would eventually cool down, but it never did. To make matters worse, I had booked an early check-in of 4 hours, but upon arrival, staff informed me the room wasn't ready and offered an upgrade instead. They mentioned the upgraded room had just been cleaned and might be a bit warm. I specifically asked if the AC was working, and they assured me it was fine. Looking back, it's clear the hotel staff knew there was a problem with the AC's cooling. After spending another four hours in the room reporting the AC problem, no one came to help for a long time. Eventually, a very polite staff member arrived, stating she could only relay the issue to the front desk. Only after persistent questioning did the front desk finally offer to switch my room. I grudgingly moved to another room. While it was at least cooler, the AC unit was incredibly noisy. To add insult to injury, the new room even had a half-empty bottle of water. Overall, it was an exhausting stay due to the heat, and the service was incredibly inefficient."
