"The surroundings of the guesthouse are just so-so, but once you step inside, it's like a whole different world. The courtyard is very comfortable, and the architecture has a strong ethnic character. They offer sand therapy services, and you can pick up the sand therapy clothes at the front desk. The complimentary fruit was delicious and very sweet. Breakfast was unexpectedly good, and the rose black tea was amazing. The chef patiently explained how to brew it, and I even bought some to take with me. The service was thoughtful, and all the staff members were lovely."

"Highly recommend this guesthouse! The owner is incredibly welcoming and arranged airport pickup in advance, which was both convenient and heartwarming. The courtyard is surrounded by grapevines, perfect for taking amazing photos. You can even pick your own grapes in the yard – a true grape-loving experience! The entire place was spotless, as it's a newly opened guesthouse. The breakfast selection is also plentiful, and dining under the grape trellis in the evening creates a wonderful atmosphere. This is the top choice when visiting Grape Valley!"

"Facilities: The facilities are basically OK and relatively complete. I don't know why the TV cannot be changed during holidays. Hygiene: The bed is clean and tidy, and there is no dust or dirt on the table. There is no water stain on the wash table. Environment: Parking is convenient, there is an outdoor swimming pool in the park, and some rooms have bubble pools. If you don't want to swim in the park, it's still good to bubble in the room. There are convenience stores and barbecue areas around, and there is also a cute pet park that children like. The breakfast variety is also rich and the taste is okay. Service: The service is excellent. From the front desk to the floor waiters, everyone is very enthusiastic and basically responds to requests."

"The stars I can give are all for the security guards. We arrived in Turpan at 1 AM and checked in. The security guard even helped open the parking lot door and carried our luggage as soon as we parked. It was so late that we went straight to sleep. We only discovered how terrible the hotel's cleanliness was the next day… After waking up, I called the front desk to ask what time breakfast was. They said it ended at 10:30. It was already 10:10, so I rushed downstairs for breakfast. I saw the front desk staff playing on their phones and laughing, while the security guard was clearing the tables. The front desk staff were worse than the security guards! I suggest they just replace them! They'd be better off working for the security guards! After breakfast, I went back to sleep for a while. When I woke up at 1:40 PM to check out, I found the elderly couple and their child sitting outside. Apparently, I had called them around 1 PM to urge them to check out, making them feel bad about staying in the room before the due date."

"Cute building with a comfortable room. Enjoyed my stay out in this quiet location slightly out of town. The hotel is in a compound with a few other hotels. Not many food choices in the area but was fine for me for a one night stay."

"What I loved most was the convenient parking right at the hotel. The hotel itself is great, very quiet, and located right within the scenic area, which is excellent value for money. Plus, you get free entry to the Karez System! It's also just a short walk to Grandpa's viral antique shop."

"The room is clean and bed is to our liking. Across the street, 2 block away is an area covering a couple blocks that can be described as walking and eating street. You can never go hungry. We didn't even bother with phoning for a taxi but, simply go to the curb to hail one down for train station."

There's a shuttle service within the park, and they even give away free attraction tickets (not sure if this is a limited-time offer), plus breakfast. Environment: The environment is elegant, with a resort-like feel. Cleanliness: Since it just opened, many details are still being perfected, so I feel the cleanliness could be improved. Facilities: Given that it's only been open a short time, many areas are still under renovation. For example, the streetlights don't seem to be installed yet, and the pool could be kept cleaner, etc., but overall I'm very satisfied."

"Simply great place! Excellent value for money, the place is full of beautiful vineyards of grapes, the place looks like in a fairy tale. There is a shuttle that comes quickly and efficiently. The room in the shape of a wine barrel is great and clean, the staff is very nice and efficient, they helped us quite a bit. The breakfast is great and varied and there are also vegetarian options. There is a possibility of free laundry, and the reception is really available 24/7. The winery tour was beautiful and the long canal is very impressive. The shuttle from the train to the hotel and from the hotel to the train worked great. To improve - the pool was dirty throughout our stay, other than that it is just an amazing place! We will be back again in the future"
