"The hotel's location is excellent. It's just a 200-meter walk to the entrance of Turpan North Station. It's also not far from Turpan Airport; Gaode Maps showed it was a little over 1 km to walk to the hotel, which might be a bit roundabout (I didn't try it). However, the hotel offers a complimentary airport pick-up service. After collecting your luggage at the airport, just call the hotel's reserved phone number, and they'll send a car to pick you up. The hotel is very clean, smart, and has great soundproofing. Even though it's close to the airport, you can't hear any plane noise. The hotel advertises an 8-hour breakfast service, which is the first time I've encountered this at a hotel: regular dining hours are from 7-10 AM; before and after that, from 4-7 AM and 10 AM-12 PM, you can get specific meals packed to go (I didn't try this, so you might want to confirm the details with the front desk)."

"The air conditioning in my room was broken and wasn't cooling at all. I endured it for four hours, thinking it would eventually cool down, but it never did. To make matters worse, I had booked an early check-in of 4 hours, but upon arrival, staff informed me the room wasn't ready and offered an upgrade instead. They mentioned the upgraded room had just been cleaned and might be a bit warm. I specifically asked if the AC was working, and they assured me it was fine. Looking back, it's clear the hotel staff knew there was a problem with the AC's cooling. After spending another four hours in the room reporting the AC problem, no one came to help for a long time. Eventually, a very polite staff member arrived, stating she could only relay the issue to the front desk. Only after persistent questioning did the front desk finally offer to switch my room. I grudgingly moved to another room. While it was at least cooler, the AC unit was incredibly noisy. To add insult to injury, the new room even had a half-empty bottle of water. Overall, it was an exhausting stay due to the heat, and the service was incredibly inefficient."

However, there was one minor drawback in the room: no separate makeup mirror. This was a bit inconvenient for someone with poor eyesight, as the mirror over the sink was too far away, and leaning forward was difficult due to the sink blocking the way. It would be perfect if there was a small makeup mirror next to the sink mirror. Other than the heat, Turpan was really great, and it was a perfect trip overall."

This morning, I went to talk to the front desk, and they said a manager would call me to discuss it once they were in, but I waited all day and never received a call. "My stay was wonderful. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel didn’t seem to have an elevator, so please be aware before booking. The staff offered to help me carry my luggage upstairs. The room was spacious and clean. The air conditioning worked but if you prefer strong AC (under 22 or 23 Celsius), this may not be the hotel for you. However, the stay overall was still very comfortable. The area is cute and conveniently located within short taxi rides to major sites. I would stay again!"

"I decided to stay here because it was recommended by Ctrip as a new hotel for 2026, and the pictures looked like it had a great Western style. However, I was a bit disappointed after checking in. As a tourism professional, I felt it wasn't up to par. There were holes in the linens, and the bedsheets had stains that looked like they hadn't been washed properly. The day I checked in, Turpan was 46 degrees Celsius, and the water pressure for the shower at night was incredibly low, so I had to give up on my plan to wash my hair."
