We booked “mountains view” room, but view was absolutely terrible as window was against building. At our complaint we received a very impolite response from the lady in charge at Reseption desk. Her behavior was unacceptable, just thanks to supervisor the conflict was resolved to our satisfaction. The rest of our stay was wonderful, nice restaurant, good spa area. It’s just a pity that one person can spoil in general very good impression of the hotel.

Very kind stuff and nice, pleasant atmosphere. The hotel is “old-style 80ies” still very cosy, clean and pleasant. It is directly on the slope, which is great adventage. We had breakfast and dinner included in price and the food was good and enough options to choose from.

Very good for family with kids. Well equipped with nice pool and spa. Spacious and convenient ski room with ski in/out access (some 100 meters walking needed). Hote is very clean. Breakfast is very rich but dinner meals are sometimes just average quality, but overall ok. Mattresses might need replacement as they are on the soft side leaning towards edge of the bed. The area is very nice with lots of bluse slopes for beginner but some nice reds for advanced skiers. The village has limited dining opportunities but when having half-board it is no problem. I’ve been there 3 times and will come again:)

A great sensual and visual experience of a part of Austria that I did not know. colors of the flora sounds of the woods. But above all the noise of the wind ( sometimes to much intrusive in this days)

I stayed for a week with my family and it was a very nice experience. The place is nice, lots of nice walking in the area and lots of place where to eat typical food and enjoy the mountain life. The hotel is comfortable with lot of services very appreciate for kids and the whole family. Everyone is nice and willing to help. The view from the restaurant and from the pool is breathtaking. It seemed time passed slower and everything was just simple and easy. A good relaxing holiday

The hotel is very nice with very clean rooms and wellness. Great equipment of wellness. But food is terrible for hotel with 4 stars, it should be on much higher level. Breakfast is quite ok, but dinner is horrible. It seems like they just unfroze frozen meals and add so much salt.

From the outside, the hotel looks like it was left in the 1980s. A concrete bunker! The driveway would need some renovation. When you enter the hotel, you immediately notice the old carpet and the old style. The elevators are also not up to date. Some of the rooms are modern - only the bathrooms are very small. The staff were very inflexible with us! When I asked for a Coke at reception at 10 a.m., I was simply told that the bar doesn't open until 2 p.m. Furthermore, there is no option to book a room on a breakfast basis. There is only half board. I cannot give any information about the quality of the menus because we did not have dinner! I also cannot give any information about the spa area and the offers because we did not use them. The icing on the cake in my opinion are the parking costs of 10 euros per night and the energy surcharge of 7 euros! Why do they charge this surcharge? I know that we will not book this hotel again.
