They are horrible. I made a booking and payment was already done. But they claimed booking has not been confirmed and made wait at the lovby for 8 hours. What a horrible experience

I already booked at that day but when i arrived at the hotel they have no room and the staff told me like he dont know about trip.com. There's no way about their service and communication 🤯🤯🤯

It is comfortable and very good for a price. Had a funny accident, was given a key to the occupied room. Partially dressed man was there. :)) But then the room was changed. Safe did not work but was fixed, lamps did not work on night stands but I did not need it. Overlooking the construction site. The shower button could not switch, but when someone helped it was a great shower, water pressure. Location is not that beautiful but it had a good sauna, small swimming pool and a good small gym.

The rooms are excellent with great bathrooms. The food food is very delicious with good room service as late as midnight with a wonderful selection. Breakfast is excellent too. Although the room was good size and clean, the air conditioner or fan did keep me awake all night on both times I stayed there. I asked room service, they said someone would come to sort out but unfortunately they never did and so I couldn’t sleep each time - for light sleepers like me, this could be a problem . But overall, I would still stay here again

Stayed 5 nights. I thought that the room and facilities were clean and good at first glance, but the software is completely useless. ○ Even though we stayed for two people, there were only bathrobes and towels for one person. ○ I brought it to the front desk after a while, but I didn't have enough face towels, so I had to go back and forth about 3 times for room service. ○ The next day, when I went out, I asked the front desk to clean and wash my clothes. ○ I stayed at the end of August, but Ulaanbaatar was very cold due to the large temperature difference between day and night. ○ Water is too lukewarm ○The male staff at the front desk hung up while I was making a complaint on the phone. etc Please note that the hotel service is lower than Japanese business hotels at a hotel that only sees.

A bit old but quite clean

The hotel looks nice from the outside, but the inside is a different story. The furnishings were in need of repairs and or replacement. The sheets had stains and rips in them. The cups had crud in them. The bath tub plug didn't work. There was hair in the tub. There was hair on the bath towel. The hotel holds some events and the music can be so loud that it made my rooms window vibrate and it also made it difficult to sleep. After my third request to turn down the music, which was at almost midnight, the hotel finally fixed the situation. The breakfast buffet seemed to have a decent selection of food, however the chafing dishes were not kept at a proper temperature. Overall, this hotel is definitely not worth the price.

There was a fire at the hotel, but it was not evacuated properly. At 1am, there were people in the restaurant/bar area, hanging out in the lobby and in their rooms. There was no fire alarm. Instead, we got a phone call telling us there was a fire. There were 3 firetrucks, 2 hoses going in through the lobby and one extension ladder at the 12th floor, but the staff encouraged us to stay inside to get out of the cold. Seemed very unsafe considering there was a room on fire.
