My least favorite thing about my stay was that they do not offer breakfast and the cafe downstairs is unappealing and over priced. The pool is right next to I4 highway and was small, unimpressive, and overcrowded with kids. Rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable, but overall not up to the level one would expect from a Hilton.

Check-in was pleasant and seamless. When I was heading to my room I noticed the doors to each room needed painting. When I got to my room the door was in the same condition. Around 10:23 pm called for room service but to not available. Then they called Guest Services and I was informed dinner room services ended at 10 pm. I told the representative that they needed to adjust the information that was being provided on the television because it stated 11 pm. There were no apologies for miscommunication only the time when it ended. Overall, I was satisfied with the room and service.

The bathtub and sink were clogged. There is an advertisement about the time of breakfast but breakfast is not complementary ! I found it too expensive for one night!

I love this hotel. Convenient, clean, comfortable. I stay here several times a year. The only complaint I have is the sliding door to the bathroom. That is kind of weird. Other than that, I love it.

The hotel is very nice. I was there for a business meeting and the facilities worked really well. All staff I encountered were very helpful and knew where my group was meeting. Food was very good. Had dinner. Go with the salmon!

I never write reviews but I was a bit disappointed so i feel impelled. First off i’d like to start off by mentioning that i’m a flight attendant, i stay at hotels all over the world. I had complaints initially, the hotel was standard, the room was comfy. I came to orlando to visit a friend, I wasn’t on a work trip. When it was time to get in bed i felt something gritty in the bed. I was under the covers and had already turned off all the lights. I was so exhausted I thought it was just in my head. I woke up in the morning and i was reminded by the grit only on the right side of the bed. I pulled the covers all the way off and there i found crumbs in my bed and i had not eaten in my bed. I called the front desk to inform them, they offered me another room but i was checking out the same day, since my stay was only for one night. It was too my much of a hassle to switch rooms just to get a bed that I can’t sleep in since I’m checking out. They also offered for housekeeping to come and change the sheets but at that point I’m already out of bed. I told them there are lucky its me and not another customer. This was a first for me.

An event was there and I stayed there last year. The people working are great and accommodationg. Our room was clean. I bit of difficulty when turning on shower. the knob was really tightened.
