飛機延誤到凌晨一點半落地，第二天早上八點半的飛機飛走，本來也衹能休息幾個小時。沒有接送機服務，半夜出租車也好dd也好都不願意接這麼近的單子，很難打到車到酒店，到的時候已經兩點半了，説實話本來想在機場太空艙睡了算了，但想休息的舒服點還是來酒店了，結果第一個房間一股煙臭味，換了一個房間雖然不臭了，但窗户是開的，暖氣不足，關上窗户温度也上不來，房間裏很冷（後來發現評論裏好幾個人這麼説）。更離譜的是洗澡水一開始放出來好長時間都是温的涼的，洗澡就像室温水，後來打電話給前台又放了好長時間才熱了，洗完澡出來體感房間更冷了，被子又薄根本睡不了，又讓前台加了一床被子，弄到現在已經凌晨三點半過了。。。睡了半天還是不暖和，起來喉嚨就開始癢了。攏共在酒店躺了三個多小時，生了一肚子氣，還不如在機場躺着到天亮起碼不會感冒。無語了這麼冷的地方暖氣弄不好開什麼酒店

差評，大冬天屋裡很冷，12點到的酒店，晚上睡覺冷的衣服都不敢脱，問可以不可以加被子，酒店説沒有多餘的，房間空調在外屋，吹不到裏屋，找酒店前台要電暖氣，給了兩個很小的暖風機，聲音很大，根本睡不着，房裡不熱應該想辦法解決，最後也不了了之。

這家酒店真的不太行 晚上12點多警報就響了 下去集合以為火災然後説是停電了。房間也比較小 打包早餐也很簡陋，大家都是為了去機場近而選這裏，可是也沒有穿梭車。宣傳説是睡個好覺，也沒有感覺床品有多用心，要多一床被子還是黃的😂

我給全5分，因為定的最便宜的房型，整體除了房間略小，但是五臟俱全，乾淨，乾濕分離，廁所分離，還有泡腳桶套了袋子，很乾凈，感覺毛巾也很乾凈！房間和衞生間都是分開的，窗户在洗手枱側，剛好我喜歡早起，不耽誤家人睡覺。哦對，還有晚上門口還有一排小吃車，吃了個炒粉和紅柳羊肉，炒粉大叔很好，紅柳羊肉也太划算了！

環境：鬧中取靜的地方，出酒店有很多小店，很熱鬧，吃飯很方便，但是房間非常隔音，窗簾隔光也很不錯，睡到中午十二點起來房間裏都很暗。
衞生：房間特別安靜，一室一廳的格局非常合理，動靜分區，酒店裡還有一個洗衣間，有洗衣機可以用。
設施：房間裏的極米投影儀很好用，畫質清晰，有被安利到，想回家也買一個用。
服務：前台小姐姐服務態度很好，提出的問題都能得到解答，保潔阿姨每天都會詢問是否需要打掃，保安大叔會幫忙指揮停車。總的來説，是這趟新疆之旅目前住的最舒心的酒店啦，希望考拉酒店開滿全球❣️
