Very bad. On the first day of check-in, I found that the toothpaste was left by the previous guest. The bed sheets and quilt covers were not changed for a total of four days, and even the floor was not cleaned. The sand from the previous day was still in the room. On the last night, there was a power outage in the area. This hotel does not even have a backup generator. This safety hazard is too serious. I don’t know how they registered the business license. I suggest you choose carefully. Life safety comes first. During the power outage, the overall service was very poor. It means that it has nothing to do with their hotel. There was no compensation and no apology for their service. After I reported the problem, they didn’t start cleaning until I went out for dinner before I checked out. Normally, they cleaned after checking out. I think this behavior is destroying evidence. A manager said that he would compensate me with two cups of coffee, which is ridiculous.
