There were a lot of people during check-out time at the front desk, but the service was pretty good. I stayed for a few days. The room was large and comfortable and not uncomfortable. Breakfast was self-service. Not bad 008 performance is very good, good attitude

服務態度很差，辦入住前台還沒人，需要等，感覺欠這家酒店似的。 我定的房型帶兩份早餐，結果跟我説衹給一份， 讓一起入住的朋友出示身份證才給的兩份……， 大晚上睡覺更別提， 1006房間有很大的安全隱患， 晚上有很強的電流聲，晚上12點叫工程師 結果説 配電箱壞了 有問題了 ，一晚上不敢入睡…… 早上洗完澡吹風機還沒電，衹能逼迫沒吹乾就退房 。烏魯木齊住的態度最差的一家酒店！！！！！ 不建議入住 ，這個樣還好意思要300元按金嗎？ 退款還不及時！！！！

新疆行10多天了，這是住過最奇葩，服務最差的酒店，偶遇新疆高温入住該酒店結果空調冷氣是壞的，聯繫了幾次才來人維修，倒騰了一會説是好的，我當場試了就説空調還是不製冷，結果接下來沒有任何人來處理，熱燥的睡了一晚，第二天早上實在受不了再次聯繫前台，前台説問了後回話，結果打了兩遍電話還是未回話，打第三遍電話再三要求下找了一個電扇，説一個所謂的經理會送來，就是這個所謂的經理簡直了，跟她反饋任何事都是不行，我解決不了，等彙報完了回覆説退款，結果因為攜程定的又不能退，我隨即聯繫攜程，攜程客服明確表示可以退，但酒店不願意，那你説可以退一半是什麼意思呢，再聯繫經理，還是這不行那不行，退房的時候給了一張還有3個月過期的半價券，呵呵，請問一個暑期來度假的會在3個月來再住一次？這完全不是解決問題的方式。就這種服務還會再來？服務不及時，冷冰冰的態度的經理真是不知道怎麼當上經理的，完全不站在客户角度考慮問題，再也不會來了，勸大家也不要來，早餐也很low。

多次出差入住寶盈，很温馨，每次來都感覺像是回家了一樣，房間比較休閑，衞生乾淨，前台小張姑娘服務很熱情，多次前台遇到小張姑娘，早班也很不錯，周邊吃的也比較多，出差首選
