Great location, next to the mall, with plenty of street food options also. Great vibe in the hotel with the cultural scene and atmosphere. Room was lovely and breakfast was standard.

We been on the road for 10 days in Xinjiang, last day of our trip we treated ourselves with a fancy and comfy hotel. We had a wonderful time there, food was delicious. We loved the dancers with their traditional outfit. I would recommend this hotel to friends. Someone at front desk speak English (Belgian mother and son).

Nice rooms just like you’d expect from a Western 5* hotel. Only stayed 1 night so can’t comment on the facilities except that they are a bit mean with the complementary drinking water - if you have double occupancy you will need to provide more.

Very nice room and hotel in a super convenient location for the train station and airport. Busy food street nearby too. Staff all friendly and attentive. Only downside is the breakfast, which whilst plentiful in terms of options, I would have preferred fewer dishes with a more fresh, tastier offering.

My stay at the R&F Wanda Vista Hotel in Urumqi was truly exceptional! The Western-style decor immediately caught my eye upon entering the lobby. The Tianshan tapestries and snow lotus lanterns were stunning, instantly elevating the atmosphere. The staff were incredibly welcoming, greeting me immediately and making me feel incredibly attentive. I have to praise Sara, the hotel's housekeeper. After adding her on WeChat, she quickly addressed any requests I had. She was incredibly thoughtful! She also thoughtfully took care of any issues I had with my reservation. The room I was given was the perfect size, spotlessly clean, and odorless. It was a comfortable stay, and I had a great rest. Upon check-out, they even gave the children a small gift. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Urumqi!
