The pool was really cold and we couldn't use it (it was one of the reasons I chose that place), it was not heated because there weren't too many guests at the time. The jacuzzi was not working either. The room was cold too, the second night we requested to turn on the fireplace. The place is by the road, a bit far from the city. There are some table games, like ping pong, pool and hockey, but only the hockey is in good condition. The staff was nice (except for the check-out person). The check-in was late at night and someone was waiting for us. The gardens are beautiful. The rooms are very big and comfortable in general. The check-out was not so nice, we previously arranged a time to leave, and the person in charge didn't know, so he asked me if I wanted to book another nigh. Also, when I told him about the pool issue, he didn't care at all.

Recientemente fui parte de un grupo que asistimos por trabajo, simplemente no sé por dónde empezar, primero y remarcó creo que todo lo que nos pasó no tienen la culpa los empleados, sino el gerente general y/o el dueño, si esperaban a un grupo que literalmente les llenó el hotel lo mínimo que esperábamos era comer decente y eso no paso, la comida estaba A S Q U E R O S A, estuvimos 4 días y 3 noches y los únicos días que comimos bien fue cuando salimos del hotel, nuestra habitación tenía un hoyo en la ventana por lo que entraba mucho frío, un día no tuvimos agua caliente y otro día simplemente se terminó el agua a mitad de mi baño, el personal muy amable, pero si pueden encontrar otro lugar, háganlo ...

Habitación un poco sucia, si cobran por mascotas, deben limpiar bien sus desechos. El restaurante muy bien, solo abre un poco tarde, si conectaran la calle de atrás te ahorras 10 de los 12 minutos que se hacen para llegar al área comercial de Avándaro.
