Room are very nice, big and have a good furniture. Breakfast is very nice. But Under the bed I found some trash when I check in. And sometimes the toilet has a flushing noise and the bathroom has water leaked drop. I can hear those noise sounds the whole night.

Be careful, this hotel steals money from your luggage, they have a key to the TSA lock. I lost 13,500 THB. I guess when I paid for the tour at the reception, they realized that there was cash.

The rooftop view of the hotel is very beautiful, but the swimming pool is a bit small.

The hotel was good esp the location. Loved the breakfast as it was on the rooftop and you could enjoy the view. We had some euros in our suitcase and realise that it was STOLEN in the hotel room after we checked out and went stright to the money exchange to change it to laos kip and it was not there. We turned our suitcase and bags inside to double check but found nothing and ended up using the atm machine. Please make sure to lock ur suitcase and bags .

Cosy and huge room Near to town and walking street by foot Feel safe since a lot of tourist in Vang vieng Rent a bike with 100000 kips at hotel to travel to nam xay view point and blue lagoon

There was no hot water in the room, so I asked for a room change, but the staff said there was no room because the room was full. But there was an additional room on the reservation site. After speaking to the president of the hotel, he changed the room. And the bathroom had hair and booger attached

All is good - location, rooms, beds. Only breakfast was mmm.. very meager)) Instant coffee, no milk or creamer etc. But, it's okay. Good view fro upper floors, very nice ventilation. Aircon was quiet and cool.

The hotel is actually found by walking thru the CENTER HOTEL, not obvious. But once thru reception was very helpful, the room very clean , the AC worked well, as did a very clean toilet and shower with ample hot water. The lift worked v well, breakfast was good but be sure to get there relatively early, as some things ran out. Location ison the main street 5 mi walk to everything, including river or the bar area. Overall, an excellent stay for the price.
