1) Although the pool being separate from the hotel was different, it was not usable as it was too cold to have my kids walk to and fro especially if wet from swimming.
2) Initial check-in on Friday night, the hotel check-in attendant was visibly not happy being there and did not exude a welcoming attitude.
3) Hotel Front Desk (Dennisse) on the Saturday and Sunday day shift was very pleasant and professional. My wife brought up a concern of our 5 year son having a potential allergic reaction to the room should a cat may have been present in the room in past stays. Dennisse showed empathy and helped moved us to similar room that had a lower possibility of a guest having a cat in the room. Through out the process Dennisse made us feel valued as guests.
