Aman Venice

The overall environment of Aman Venice is not bad. It is located next to the Grand Canal. The building itself has a historical charm and continues the quiet and elegant style of Aman. However, the facilities are relatively ordinary, without too many surprises, and have not reached the standards of luxury hotels. The service is disappointing, which is the biggest complaint of this stay. Most of the employees are locals, with limited training and unfamiliar with the hotel itself. The staff who explained to us when we checked in even got the floor wrong. In particular, it is important to remind you not to use the hotel's laundry service. I sent a brand new suit for ironing, and after ironing, it was stained with iron scale, which was obviously caused by the equipment not being cleaned for many years. But the hotel not only did not take responsibility, but pushed it to me, with a perfunctory attitude, and even no apology. As a hotel under the Aman brand, such service level should not appear. Overall, Aman Venice is inferior to other Aman hotels in terms of hardware and service. It is recommended to lower expectations. The experience is more like a boutique hotel "changed shell" rather than the real Aman level.

Everything in the refrigerator is free, all kinds of snacks are free, and breakfast is free. The room is large and every little item is worth savoring. Every hotel waiter is treated with the most beautiful smile. Best hotel I've ever stayed in. It's so perfect!
