We stayed one night on a weekend during the carnival. The room is very beautiful and well-kept. The location is more than excellent. Breakfast is not rich in variety, but of excellent quality. The balcony overlooking the Grand Canal must be mentioned. Wonderful.

The location is ideal. Very easy to access by water taxi and is right next to great local bars, the market and the fish market. Rooms are very big and well appointed. Staff very helpful. I’d definitely stay here again.

The hotel staff were super helpful and friendly. Andreas and silvia made sure our stay was super pleasant and gave us pointers to where to eat. Right beside the rialto bridge and close to everything. Breakfast staff was super as well;

Convenient and just approx 200m away from Rialto Mercato stop. Very close to nearby attractions. Staff is pleasant. The only downside is the rooms are a little too dim for my liking, esp the bathroom.

Lovely hotel in an excellent location next to the canal and rialto bridge shops restaurants bars etc 2min walk from the boat stop for the airport breakfast was lovely too staff very friendly rooms clean and well maintained

We were in a perfect location. So many dining options around us. So close to the grand canal bridge too!

The room we were in was not well cleaned and actually required a change of bedsheets due to unknown substances being on the fitted sheet and pillow cases. The padding on the chair also had to be removed due to substances being all over them. The bathroom was not clean and the overall room felt VERY dark (poor lighting) and dirty. We were very glad we didn't have to stay at this hotel for long. The associate that brought us new linens and assisted with changing them was very nice and apologetic, but we definitely would not stay there ever again.
