This property is wonderful, great location and beautiful suites. However, beware they do not have an elevator and heavy luggage is problem up the steep stairs. The hotel is a 10 minute walk from the boat so a porter is a must. Call the hotel and they will accomodate.

Facilities not as described! Sweltering, loud and bug infested. The staff lied saying they “would be required to turn off the heat for the entire building to allow us to cool the unit.” The rooms had individual zone heat / cooling units. I have the same in office so I am quite aware this is a lie. They simply never serviced the unit. Worse! We were told to open the windows which without screen allowed dozens of mosquitoes in, the room was infested and we each received dozens of bites. My companion nearly needed an emergency visit as they were biting her face and neck. To end the time there I left the luggage while we waited for a porter and asked for a toilet. I was told I would be unable and to go elsewhere!

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was great and perfect for our family of 4 (2 teenagers). The location is excellent. Ylenia was so welcoming upon arrival and gave us great recommendations and answered all our questions throughout our stay. She truly helps to take care of the guests - excellent customer service.

Beautiful and spacious, especially for Venice. Great staff. Stairs can be hard for some but not for us and the hotel can hire you a porter that can carry your bags. Great location but not easy to find at first but right next to Splendid hotel which if you put in map or google app will make it easy.
Highly recommend this hotel.

Don’t stay here if you enjoy peace. Very loud. I could hear the people above us all evening and they woke me up talking about their Milk. I could hear the people using the bathroom above me, I got horrible sleep. On top of it, the refrigerator was broken and fell apart the second we tried to open it. Not to mention when we checked in, I walked 50 minutes from the train station and the woman wouldn’t let me set down my bags before she housed me for the 13 Euros for local tax.
