Very dirty. The only good thing is the mattress, the air conditioning and the location. For the rest, if my only chance of going to Verona was staying in this hotel, I would choose not to go. You cannot be comfortable knowing the dirt that surrounds you: walls, bathroom, headboard where the pillow rests... disgusting. Shared areas (kitchen and terrace) the same, not usable. We also needed late checkout in the middle of a heat wave, knowing that the next guest doesn't come in until 3:00 p.m., that they don't need time to clean (since they don't) and that it was Tuesday (I don't know if many tourists will arrive on Tuesday in time on the weekend), we were not given an answer, from 10:30 am to 4:00 pm on the street at almost 40 degrees without even giving us the option of paying a supplement.

Private room in a two room apartment. Really embarrassing bathroom from how small it was. The same goes for the 50cm x 50cm shower. Not even a piece of soap on the tiny sink. At least in the shower Dirty walls. Excellent and central location next to the amphitheater

Cet établissement a une procédure d'enregistrement compliquée et qui demande la copie d'un document d'identité + un selfie de nous avec la pièce d'identité ce que les consommateurs sont en droit de refuser en application du RGPD. Si nous refusons ils peuvent annuler la vente. Si la pièce d'identité est nécessaire à un établissement hôtelier, le photo selfie avec le document ne l'est pas et constitue une ingérence dans la protection des droits et données. De plus, alors que j'avais fait une modification de dates au mois de mars (j'avais réservé du 13 au 15 juin mais je ne pouvais pas venir le 13 juin, seulement le 14 juin), l'établissement a répondu au bout de deux mois, soit à 10 jours de l'échéance, pour me dire que s'il relouait la chambre le 13 il me rembourserait la nuit du 13 juin. Pourtant, ils ont procédé à l'annulation de ma réservation le 14 juin à 8h du matin en appliquant les frais d'annulation comme si c'était moi qui avait annulé. J'étais donc le 14 juin à Véronne sans réservation d'hôtel alors que j'avais payé et j'ai dû repayer une chambre, dans un autre établissement bien sûr. Je déconseille donc fortement cet établissement.
