Place inserted in the middle of nature. Peaceful and quiet. Thermal spa 👌. Careful cleaning. Less positive point is the fact that the place for meals is on the 2nd floor, having stayed on the 1st floor, which in the morning is heard if the noise of dragging chairs from the restaurant.

Never before had we received such an unfriendly welcome, upon arrival on 21/09 in the afternoon there was a lady with glasses at the reception, no good day or smile herself, the only thing we received was "room no possible" with a straight face. Apparently we were half an hour early and couldn't check in yet. Saying this kindly and yet with a complete sentence was apparently too difficult. We also asked if we could book a table in the restaurant, he turns around, plays on the computer and looks back at us with a dirty face without saying a word. We came back 25 minutes later and then we were allowed in. Next to her was also a man with a beard and he was just as friendly, not a word and not a smile. Friendliness at reception was in as bad a disrepair as our room: every door frame damaged, window frame rusted, bed end so damaged that they had camouflaged it with 3 pillows, the fabric was hanging loose in *****s. In the hallway you could also see the plasterboard panels that were held together with a little putty, a layer of paint doesn't cost the earth... We only stayed because everything had already been paid, luckily only for 2 nights.

Great experience at the hotel. Small but cozy room. The bathroom was impeccable. Very good breakfast. And the spa was an incredible experience. One of the points to point out is that the televisions are too small and there are no sockets near the bed.

I hated staying at this hotel. Only on the day of check in was I informed that there were only the first 2 breakfast shifts available and they were very early for those who wanted to rest and sleep late on a Sunday morning. Furthermore, we were unable to sleep all night because we could hear the noise of the motors of some equipment that we believed to be refrigeration... that noise of the motors all night in room 115 completely ruined our stay at this hotel, which I do not recommend at all. . I made a complaint to the hotel by email almost a month ago and to this day they haven't even received a response. Anyway... our worst stay ever

I was at the most famous SPA in Portugal at the moment (1st weekend in February), chaos, too many people, some disorganization at check-in, sharing of distorted information by some employees. When the main reason is to enjoy a space that provides relaxation and well-being. They should be more careful when it comes to the hygiene and cleaning of swimming pools, because this point in particular concerns public health. The complex was not cleaned between 02/03 and 02/04. Check-in only at 4pm, when accessing the SPA it is already full. No sun loungers, no place to put towels, chaos. The way everything is organized, in my opinion they won't go far. There are many SPA spread across Portugal, smaller, but with excellent hygiene and comfort conditions. A disappoin**ent...

Hotel with a great Spa, we loved the tea part before or after the Spa but the room was very small afterwards. Rooms need renovation, in addition to the old room itself, old television and bathroom reminiscent of an Algarve Hotel. Good breakfast. Overall a good hotel but needs a push
