The room was nice, but a little old. It is located opposite the Financial Park mall, so it is very convenient to go shopping for duty-free goods just across the street.

I would strongly recommend thus hotel if you planning to visit Labuan. Its has this class with so much ease you feel so relaxed with very great service from their staff my first time in Labuan and i am very impressed with their hotel service…lastly i must not forget that its a walking distance to their only shopping center or their financial hub:

Delicious...Delicious...Delicious foods. There are variety of Malay foods you can choose and the space of the restaurant is really convenience to all guest from adult, senior citizens or children. I love the bubur lambuk (Must Try) and Fish Head curry. Not to forget that the service of F&B team is fast and amazing. Their really dedicated with their work and always smile when serve the guest. The price of buffet Ramadhan is affordable and worth it. Good Job Dorsett Labuan...

First time come to Labuan, the hotel was a strategic place to stay. Nearby the shopping mall and work palaces especially the government office just walk across the road can reach the office. The room is just ok but is very clean. Very friendly staff specially to the restaurant. Breakfast was excellent, nasi lemak is tasted so much. ❤. Thank you. Look forward to stay here for next visit to Labuan.

Very enjoy food

Come to Labuan for couple of day. Staying at Dorsett Grand Labuan..hotel was great but need maintenance upgrade. Room big comfortable for family stay here. Breakfast was good. Hotel located at town center areas near by at shopping complex. Will come again next trip.

Overall, the service is good. It could be great if a simple smile is added to the front desk. Secondly, I understood the hotel policy for check out time is at 1200 hours. But, it would be much appreciated by guest if the hotel could allow/extend the check out time to 3pm, provided the room not fully booked especially during the mid week days where it's at low density booking and the guest taking flight at about 6pm. Simple curtesy will make a lot of difference.

Great location. Walking distance to everything downtown. Beautiful rooms facing the city, great ambiance in the hotel dining room and bar. The beef burger was super delicious, although others looked like they were enjoying it! We will come again!

While stay in the hotel the staff are very friendly and helpful in many ways. Its very enjoy talk at lobby with the bartenders. Breakfast food is good but have few options and the hots drinks is good. They always greet you when you go to the restaurant.

Very clean and spacious room. Incredible view as our room was overlooking the sea. variety of breakfast buffet. Staffs were very friendly and helpful. Good location! Overall we really enjoyed our stay here, there is nothing to complain about.
