I had prepaid for my stay based on property description, price and reviews. When I arrived a quickly determined it would not be a place I would be comfortable staying. It's the only place I've ever paid for and not stayed.

The girl at the front desk was nice, but this place is not a good place to stay.. clearly some *********ings going on at all hours of the night… the room smelled awful. There were not fans for ventilation.. very old and dirty. No towels no closet.. this is definitely a place that generally unhoused or ******* can afford to stay in..

I don’t think that the sheets and pillow cases and towels were clean.
It looked like the pillow cases and sheets didn’t look they were replaced after the last guest, and the towels were old and stained.
Hot shower was Nice tho.
The mini-split air-conditioner was weak, and couldn’t keep the room warm at night.
I’m paying for the cheapest room in run-down area; Regardless, there needs to be a minimum hotel standards for cleanliness
