Excellent location, extremely central to access the highlights of Vienna. Everything we wanted was within walking distance or not too far and the metro was just round the corner to visit places slightly more out of town like Schonbrunn etc. Our rooms were small and immaculately clean with everything we needed. We booked 2 budget rooms and our toilet and shower were literally across the hall. My daughter had her own room and was upgraded free of charge to a room with her own shower, perfect! The beds were super comfy and we all slept well. Breakfast was continental and a great choice of food including some delicious dips etc. The reception is on the 8th floor but there is a lift. The staff were friendly and attentive. Would definitely stay here again.

Despite the mixed reviews here we had a great stay at the pension. We travelled as a family and had two big rooms, separated by a hallway. We had a toilet and a separate shower. Everything was spotless. Our room was clearly a renovated room. The breakfast area is dated, though breakfast itself was excellent. The location is also superb, within walking distance of all the Innenstadt sites. I would recommend this place!

Hello everyone, I would like to inform everyone about this terrible hotel and that the employees of real crooks wrote off money and do not respond to messages !!! They don't know how to work with guests and use personal data!! I don't recommend this hotel if you don't want to be cheated !! The photos don't match in real life !125.77 euros were written off, although I refused to stay at this hotel!

Fantastic central location. Only negative is the shower and shower curtain which was a bit mouldy. Shower tray could do with replacing however would stay again for a short trip.

Staff were terrific. Breakfast is included which is a bonus. Rooms had plenty of space. Hotel was in walking distance to transit and many sites.

We booked a two night stay here, but covid meant no travel was allowed, so the hotel asked us to postpone our booking, instead of having a refund. We agreed, as they said they are a family business and were facing difficult economic times. However, they have refused to allow us to have the postponed stay, and have said we must pay again if we wish to stay. Extremely disappointing customer service and I would advise against booking a room here.

DO NOT GO HERE PLEASE. We paid for rooms before Covid hit. The hotel asked us to let them keep the money despite us not going due to covid and they would redeem it in the future. When we asked for that redemption - they refused. Please, do not go here. Thanks

Great place! Staff was very helpful, gave great information about how to get to local places, free breakfast, near train stop and walking distance to many spots in Vienna. Room was clean and spacious.
